Stimulus and recovery that doesn't help anyone but special interests? Bankers? Global elite? Quote "That's not development, that's dependence," Obama said. "And it's a cycle we need to break. Instead of just managing poverty, we have to offer nations and people a path out of poverty." Where is the path out of poverty for Main Street? The opportunity to work? Start your own business? Grow an existing business? Quote "The purpose of development -- and what's needed most right now -- is creating the conditions where assistance is no longer needed," he said. "So we will seek partners who want to build their own capacity to provide for their people." Really? Where are the conditions in the US to create jobs and not welfare? Create the conditions so that entitlements are no longer needed? Why isn't he letting Americans drill offshore like he is encouraging the Mexicans and Brazilians with US money?
