ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - More discovery is being released in the  Casey Anthony case Friday.

Prosecutors will be releasing three CD discs of discovery documents in the case.  Check back Friday for updates.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state attorney's office on Friday is expected to release more documents in the Casey Anthony murder case.

The content of the documents is not known. Local 6 News will go over the documents once they're released and give a detailed report in later newscasts.

All attorneys can submit in advance scheduling conflicts (other cases) & even vaca.  However, the judge does not have to grant vaca requests if one or more were already taken or he may grant the vaca BUT the warning of having to work the judges schedule including weekends could also be ordered.   As I see it, Bozo is stalling his expert reports with every excuse he can come up with, the rope is getting tighter around his wiggle room.

DVD Evidence To Be Released In Casey Case

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- More evidence in the case against Casey Anthony is expected to be released Friday.

Prosecutors said they will release three DVDs of information, including audio and video of interviews with some EquuSearch volunteers.

There will also be information on the internal investigation into corrections officer Silvia Hernandez. Hernandez helped Casey communicate with inmate pen pal, Robyn Adams.

I swear, I have seen something of him in a kini, but I cannot find it. 

I think he is going to take a 101 Trials brushup course at the local community college in Flo-Rida, get himself all up to par for this big day.  He is following that one up with a "What is evidence" course and to top that all over, a "how to obey court's orders" that focuses on what deadlines mean and how not to get fined by the judge. 

What was wrong with your puter? 

Me, I am not that eager to see over 700 pages from a Lier LB about if she searched there before.  For me, I believe the consensus that the area was waist high deep in water. 

Because I do not live there, I do not know the area, so reading about how many feet west and north of where Kaylee was found they searched, holds no interest with me. 

I cannot believe that EquuSearch even does what they do any more after that nightmare of a case.  They do the good thing, and they have to hire all these attorneys, when all they have for money to begin with is donations, and I feel they should be beyond the grasp of any defense team.  They, to me, are like God.  You just don't question them.  Knowing what that poor man went through himself when his daughter was murdered, how anybody can question his ethics/morals/procedures and sleep at night is beyond me.  Do they think he is just lying because he does not like Casey?  Makes no sense. 

Not a single person knew of Casey Anthony before she did not report her child missing for 31 days.  That is all most people need to hear to know something is not right with this story.  Nobody is out to get Casey just because she is Casey. 

What time is the hearing tomorrow? Does anyone know?

I'm not sure there is a hearing tomorrow, just a doc dump.  According to Cayleedaily  http://www.cayleedaily.com/  Feb. 4, 1:30 is the next status hearing and March 2 & 3 are hearings for motions, I think starting at 9am, and March 4 is a scheduled status hearing at 1:30.

New evidence released today in the Casey Anthony case includes audio recordings of a woman she befriended in jail.

Anthony befriended Robyn Adams while they were housed at the Orange County Jail. An investigator asked Adams how they communicated in jail.

"We would signal to each other, talk to each other, through hand gestures,'' Adams told an investigator.

The Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office released the recording, photos and various documents this morning.

Dozens of photos released today show aerial shots from a helicopter over the search area after Caylee Marie's disappearance in the summer of 2008. Other photos show search teams on the ground, including Texas EquuSearch and the organization's president Tim Miller.

Good morning Monks--Thanks, Trim, for doing this for us.  The thing that strikes me in the letters I've read is where in the world is George?  Not on Cindy's mind, that's for sure.  Another thing is that she says she appreciates what Baez is doing for Casey.  What would that be, Cindy, other than offer no defense, just a bunch of junk?  Could be though, that's the result Cindy wants---Casey out of her hair forever.

She thought she was being so clever in not mentioning what actually happened in August that the big day would be in the fall or later.  Then she mentions Lee and Mallory's engagement party.  Gosh, what in the world could she mean that will happen in the fall or later?  Well, it's later now and Lee, who has always been "So wise" that he stays out of "this nonsense," finally got a girl to marry him----but "Later."

Someone needs to knock some sense into Cindy's stupid head--figuratively, of course, not literally, and make her wake up to the fact that she and Casey will never "Cuddle" in Casey's bed again.  My God, no wonder this stupid human mattress never grew up.  Her mother wouldn't let her. 

This tape only gets Sylvia Hernandez in more hot water and not case related imo.  But it does show just how well Casey adapted to jail life, including the sneaky stuff.  Same old Casey.  Casey cried alot.....for whom?

Adams painted the picture of Casey as someone upset with her family.

"I think I was just the one that was there. She didn't have anybody else. She felt like even her family turned on her," Adams told detectives.

Adams told investigators Casey felt betrayed by her mother, Cindy Anthony, who was doing talk shows, instead of going to her court hearings. She said Casey opened up about her childhood, sometimes in conversation, but mostly in letters.

When asked about sexual abuse, Adams told investigators Casey claimed she suffered the abuse at the hands of family members when she was young.

"She was younger, as if she went through a lot with her brother, a lot with her dad," Adams said.

As for the mystery baby sitter Zenaida Gonzales, who Casey claimed took her daughter Caylee, Adams said: "There was no Zenaida."

The investigator then asked, "Ok, did she tell you that?"

"Zenaida was a childhood friend," Adams replied.

You got that right!   I wondered about this when the journal first came to our attention.  Additionally, logic dictates that the entry itself would have her at age 16 if it was written in 2003, even if mature for her age the context of the entry appears not plausible.   At 16 you are not making major life decisions that you hope are the right ones, obviously those decisions cannot be made by a teen on their own technically.

Goodness, after a bit of aggravation both on my laptop & desktop downloading quicktime plugin & still not getting it, I discovered downloading "quicktime alternative" or "quicktime lite" does the trick, never had that issue before with my older puters...all that so that I could listen to the Threat call to Amy!!

OK, I gotta say I agree this sounds like Lee not only in voice but how he phrases it.   It is also my belief that it is him because he went to Tony's after Cindy picked Casey up at her instruction to pick up stuff, or otherwise put continue the cover up & he dealt with Tony, Amy, Jesse, etc then.

I said it at the beginning & I still believe this Lee wasnt "helping" LE he was attempting to hinder the investigation & find out things before they could (in his own mind he sees himself as so clever  :smt120 )...this appeared to be clearer when Lee's attitude & demeanor completely changed a few weeks into the investigation in addition to refusing to take the LD test.   Yea, whatever Lee CMA CMA...was that for Caylee, I think not.   Now, CMA to you means cover my arse - how does that work out for ya?   PS  That is Yuri at the end of the audio.

I don't know about Florida but in this state ANY letters to an inmate HAVE to go through the jail. They cannot be delivered by an attorney or any third person. In this state they would take an attorney's license for carrying letters to an inmate.

I am deep into reading it now. Wow! Mr Brown is a bulldog, but Linda is not backing down. Each time Linda asked a hard question all of the sudden Laura has an earache and can't hear the question, & Mr Brown says Linda speaks too softly at the beginning of her questions. So they ask her to repeat the question to get some more time to figure out what Laura is going to say. We have seen Linda at work at court. She doesn't need a mic to be heard.  ::piggy::

News 13 has received new documents in the Case Against Casey.

Letters to Casey from Cindy Anthony, new photos and interviews concerning one Texas EquuSearch volunteer.

Detectives in the case began an inside investigation into the volunteer who alleged Caylee's remains were placed near her home after Casey was in jail.

In October 2009, Texas EquuSearch volunteer Laura Buchanan was looking like she'd be the defense's star witness.

She signed a statement saying she personally searched beyond the spot where Caylee Anthony's remains were eventually found.

Buchanan said she didn't think the remains were there when thousands of volunteers from all over came to look for the missing toddler.

But now, News 13 has learned her story is changing.

In transcripts released by the State Attorney's office, other searchers said they think Buchanan forged search forms.

He attorney was afraid of her answers. I noticed the conversation with JJ was almost totally fabricated. Did she not realize he taped that conversation?

LOL what an accurate description of this entire case. "Whack a Mole" game. The prosecution smacks one down and another crazy appears.

Grrr...life has me bouncing from duties to pages so Im just getting to read LB's depo with LDB.  Right off the bat, LDB poses the question: "Can you tell me why you retained a lawyer in this matter?"   Baez immediately objects.    If he was wise he would have waited to see if privilege was infringed in the answer before objecting above and over her attorney but no...he showed his hand that there was something to be concealed.

LB was asked what she did for a living, she responded she was an EMT - it should have been further asked if that was a voluntary or paid position because in many townships in Jersey they use mainly volunteers with separate FA squads from the fire dept.   Trust me, I know first hand having lived there most of my life & my son was an EMT at the young age of 16 to date.  Its not very pertinent to this case but it is relevant to bringing out that this "searcher" is a whack job & makes a habit of lying or fabricating.

To prove my point:  The Mendham First Aid Squad (MFAS) provides volunteer emergency first aid services to the Borough seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Borough first aid volunteers currently answer over 500 calls a year. http://www.mendhamfirstaid.org/

It should be noted that there is no LB on their member list from 2009

Good job LDB, she goes back to asking if it was volunteer work.  I jumped in front of it too soon.

Wow, here she claims to have been a paralegal LOL   She states in this letter that they were at the Marriot but in the depo she states that her husband's work brought them to the Portofino Bay which is located in Universal Studios.

It is clear by these letters that she had sympathy for the Anthonys & was willing to intervene in this case well beyond searching for a "missing" child.  It is my believe that she was easily bought by the defense (before indigency was declared).   Quite a few were on the blood money trail.    Besides that, this chick is bat snit crazy!

LB talked to Cindy numerous times over a course of a year.  She doesnt have an opinion either way that Caylee is still alive as the grandmother expressed to her.  They talked about the case but cant recall...o come on now.   Reading on, painfully....

Lovely, so LB and her attorney flew to Orlando for the day & they were picked up, taken to a luncheon conference with Bozo, Lyon, Mort & others before going to the site.  They were romancing her to alter her knowledge to their client's benefit, no doubt about it.


O and this is rich on pg 49 she refers to Yuri Melich as "a civilian that worked in his office" regarding going back to the command center after bones were found by her & according to her Tim Miller's girlfriend at JBP.

She just happens to have a Caylee sighting at Disney World the evening or next day after searching for Caylee with TES.....yet doesn't call 911....WTF????!!
She eventually calls a hotline or Kidsfinders (can't remember at the moment) and figures Cindy Anthony will get the sighting info.....again WTF??!!
LB had an agenda from the get-go. She wanted to insert herself into this case for her 15 minutes of fame. She tried 7 ways to Sunday to get NeJame to get Cindy to contact her.
She's had numerous phone converstions with Cindy, George, Baez and others who are defenders of KC. I don't believe a word out of her mouth.

News 13 has received new documents in the Case Against Casey.

Letters to Casey from Cindy Anthony, new photos and interviews concerning one Texas EquuSearch volunteer.

Detectives in the case began an inside investigation into the volunteer who alleged Caylee's remains were placed near her home after Casey was in jail.

In October 2009, Texas EquuSearch volunteer Laura Buchanan was looking like she'd be the defense's star witness.

She signed a statement saying she personally searched beyond the spot where Caylee Anthony's remains were eventually found.

Buchanan said she didn't think the remains were there when thousands of volunteers from all over came to look for the missing toddler.

But now, News 13 has learned her story is changing.

In transcripts released by the State Attorney's office, other searchers said they think Buchanan forged search forms.

In a recorded phone call one searcher Ann Pham questioned Buchanan about inconsistencies.

Not shocked at all but the most telling thing is that Cindy lists Caylee as deceased here (for profit i.e. blood money) yet she is claiming she feels Caylee is still alive to save her monster despite the production Cindy put on that was supposed to be a memorial for Caylee yet it felt like a campaign to save her monster & elicit sympathy.

The foundation itself appears to be in a hole versus profit & is very minimal, very telling.  We already know they had no real intention of helping others in need, nor are they desired to assist most people since the majority of the public see them as vial liars.

I don't think I have ever sent my picture to anybody to know what I look like, unless it was a family member or somebody who asked for my picture.  She really thinks very highly of herself. 

The lady was/is just trying to help out the defense team, figured back then who would know or figure out she didn't search the exact same spot Caylee was found.  She searched or looked along the fence maybe by a tree, who the heck can follow her? What is that that people do when they want to muddy the waters so that their answer cannot be taken as not true?  There is a term for it. 

Gosh, she also stepped on an alligator tail and lived through it.  Imagine that.  I don't think even Steve Irwin was able to do that.

OK, here is what I'm not sure of......where did we learn that LE was not interested in the journal, that they only took photos of it?  I can only remember this coming from Cindy and Conway, with Conway being the holder.  Is it documented somewhere that LE didn't want it? And if that is true, when did LE decide they did want it?   I'm thinking LE had it all along and CA $ BC were just doing another cover-up crusade.  moo

Cindy & George said they had the journal and the LE wasn't interested in it on Larry King Live propaganda show. Either that was a blatant lie, which would not surprise me, or Conman did have it and turned it over to the LE. When they said Conman was in possession of it and he was talking about it, that was one of the times that Spindy had her fingernails dug into Conman's leg. I bet he was black and blue after that show, for more reasons than one. I would have loved to be a fly on the velor ceiling of the limo's roof after the show.


It is obviously in the hands of LE now because of the ink analysis and the journal's having been documented as to the date it was first sold.

My recollection is that Conman had it & turned it over to LE.   I found it interesting that Brad had it instead of Bozo, but Cindy seemed pleased with herself as if she pulled something off, much like purposefully giving the FBI a different hair brush other than what they specifically asked for & then bragged about it in an email.

Conway says he has custody of the diary. Cindy disputes Brad's version he is trying to tell King. Cindy says LE doesn't want the diary and Brad says if they do, he'll turn it over.

I was surprised to see Brad Conway answer questions without any double-talk and at the same time, not surprised that Baez was in on this Laura thing from the beginning.  If Baez knowingly lied, how can he not be disbarred?  I wonder if Brad Conway has reported this to the court yet?  I also wonder why Brad Conway did not speak up in open court that day, as Baez lied straight to the judge.  It seems to me that Brad Conway is an officer of the court too, how could he sit there and let Baez lie?  Well, at least he has now told the truth, I hope that he let someone know about this before he told LE.  I think that he could be in very big trouble too.  I think this doc now is the most important one I have seen this week, along with the one about the journal.  With this now being out in the public I wonder if Judge Perry will have to do something about it?  So sad, that so many people are willing and able to be so shockingly dishonest in the murder case of an innocent baby girl.  I want justice for Caylee so bad but when that is all said and done, I want everyone of these lying, hateful people prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Only then will we truly have justice.

Is there a statute of limitations to do this sort of thing, Conway filing a complaint with the Bar?  I could possibly see BC waiting till after the trial, if ethically he has that option. I don't think he wants to drag this trial out any longer than the rest of us. And even if he doesn't file a complaint, can't someone/anyone else do that?

Baez is sooooo slimey. I shudder when I just think of him now. Casey so deserves him as long as the trial is not delayed due to it. I want this trial to start May 16, 2011. If action is taken against Baez and he is outed, Couldn't Mason just carry on, as long as what Baez did does not change the outcome of the trial?

I would really like to know the State's view on accepting a plea, of any kind, in this case. What this may all boil down to is money.

Baez may have been very clever in hiding/spending those hundreds of thousands of dollars in order to declare Casey indigent. Now they run up as much money as they can on the taxpayers bill, full well knowing there will be a huge outcry.  Baez always brings up the point that the State has all the resources they want and he's just asking for a fraction of what they have. The media shares just how much Casey is getting and one can assume that doubling that figure, half for the State, is just an approximation of what this case is costing. We know it's much more. So now the public is mad about all the money being spent so the State will most likely say, deal!  Baez thinks he will look great as it's not a loss on his record.

I think because of all the shady dealings that have gone on in this case AFTER Caylee was murdered, is a huge reason to carry this trial all the way to sentencing phase. If we can't give a baby murderer the death penalty, a sentence that just might send a message out to other abusers, we can at least let people know that justice and the truth will prevail by not accepting a plea and finishing the main objective......proving Casey killed Caylee before a jury of her peers.

I knew exactly what you meant. ::MonkeyKiss::  I can't believe that it wasn't on the news as the biggest story.  This is HUGE, one attorney saying that another lied to the judge right in front of him.  I hope Kathi B, has seen this by now, Baez is gonna need full body armor.  He is so sickening, I don't want the trial to be delayed and I think he is all that Casey deserves and she did choose him but I sure hope he gets disbarred, I just want to see him lose the case first. 

I find myself wondering why, no one is ever held accountable by LE or the court and to now find out that they are investigating all of these liars is comforting.

Thanks for finding that . . . I just caught the show near the end.  Have spent the last couple of hours reading the interview with Robyn Adams and ex-CO Hernandez.

I went to bed after reading/listening to Robyn Adam's transcripts.  All she kept saying is she does not judge people.  All fine and good, but at the point where she knew it was Caylee in that bag, based on Casey's reaction, that would be enough for me to not want to associate with Casey any more.  I can't, being a mother, understand how she continued to speak/write with her, with her gut that it was Caylee and that Casey did it, and think of her own children.   My mind kept going over and over this transcript in bed and I have a splitting headache now.  Probably the least restful sleep I have had in a long time. 

What is Robyn in the pokey for, does anybody know?

It's among her statements -- husband and friends had a grow operation which would account for the huge sentence she/they received.  She has two children she longs for very much.  I think this is why the CO befriended -- her first offense, unfortunately a huge offense in the eyes of the law.  She was in protective custody because her husband was LE and so were some of the friends.  I feel sorry for her.  Growing weed and not thinking about getting caught and losing everything, even her children (which I believe are with her parents.

Yup! I can almost work up a little sympathy for him. Nah! Nope! Not even. He knew what a pack of dirty dogs he was running with when he got involved with Spindy and George. I just can't help but think all of this crap that he has been pulling has to catch up to Baez at some point.  And believing that, I have to be afraid further, that it will postpone justice for Caylee.  This man should not be practicing law at all, and I don't understand how this will not impact the trial.

That's my concern.....Baez is gonna get booted, and this trial will be delayed again.

CM is pro bono and came aboard when they were asking for indigence for KC. He has been involved with depositions, motions and hearings. I believe that if bozo goes ..CM will be moved from co-council to lead attorney. with no delay in trial date.

This was the first thing I thought of when IM asked about civil attorneys filing a complaint. Bozo looked like a child that has that "I didn't do it" look when the cookies are missing, or the milk is spilled all over the floor.

I think Kathi Belich would have been all over this had it been brought to her attention a bit earlier. I read that by the time they had seen it, it was close to the end of the working day on Fri., and it was just missed or something. But I don't know if it's a fact.

KB seems to be, to me anyway, the only one working her best to expose the dumb, err, defense team and their sneakiness and. I really think she would have made sure it was out there had she known earlier. IMO
