They MUST be impaired to make these choices, :roll: Actually I think emotions are a development of or concurrent with the development of civilization. I think for eons, human hunter gatherers made these decisions on a daily survival basis. Our own native american legends are replete with stories of leaving behind those who could not fend for themselves. I imagine if human decision makers hadn't been making those unemotional decisions, we humans and civilization might not have survived. It's only the luxury of civilization and the development of technology that allows those who cannot fend for themselves to survive and those who make decisions based on emotion to continue to exist.
