FOX 7 received the following AMBER Alert @ 5:18pm Sunday.

The Waxahachie Police Department is searching for Victoria Helen Upchurch, white, female, 17 years old, 5/14/98, 5'6", 127 lbs., blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing  pink shirt with "Life" in black letters, blue jeans, tan knee high boots. She has a birthmark on the right side of her neck.

Police are looking for Chance Casper Foster , white, male, 18 years old, 07/17/97, 6'2", 175 lbs, brown hair,  brown eyes, in connection with her abduction.

The suspect is driving a red, 1998, Pontiac , firebird with a Texas, license plate number of BWR0285.

The suspect was last heard from in Waxahachie, TX.

Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.

The Waxahachie Police Department said Victoria was last seen in Waxahachie on Saturday and reported that she had been abducted by 18-year-old Chance Casper Foster. "Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger," the amber alert said, without providing details about the circumstances of the abduction.
 
The amber alert was later canceled after the girl was found safe.
