Father VDS is the one behind the whole dissappearance because he owed huge gambling debts to a casino.  When the boys brought NH to his home, he told them how to tell "their story" and then traded NH to pay his gambling debt off.  NH was whisked off the island the same night to Columbia and his debt was erased.  When he was called in for questioning on Saturday evening, the "columbians" sent a message to him via the decapitated guy that if he talks, him and his family will end up the same way.

for clarity:   there was no premeditation, the boys thought they would take her out and have their way and then there was an accident of some sort aso they took her to Joran's house and woke up his dad.  This is the point at wich Paul's scheming began and he wove the story for the boys to tell.  Dad took over at that point and made the arrangements to either dispose of NH or to trade her.

Mr. Paul van der Sloot is da chief justice on da island (he is da boss of the judges) it's because of that, that the Chief Justice of Curacao has to come to the island to follow and choices in the case.
I agree that there is something fishy about the whole thing, but it's unfair how the world now look at Aruba.
We are very caring and loving people. In the States much worse things happen and after sometimes 10 /20 years they crack the case. Give the arubians a little bit of slack. Don't forget that we are surrounded by sea if they dumped (IF THEY DID) her body in the sea. The sharkes would have already eaten the body. And if the suspects shut up and don't talk than the case will close and they will go out free. And don't forget either that paul is a chief justice he knows the law like you guys know the songs they play on MTV. It's not easy to crack a chief justice.

I believe fox news did it, geraldo sailed in on his boat, took his zodiac raft to the beach, kidnapped nat, and then he and greta SOLD HER to howard stern and bababooey to put her in the spanking machine.  fox is so hyping this story that the other talking heads are saying 3-4 times a hour "greta owns this story", i believe geraldo and greta did it.

You are right Karl, geraldo is too incompetant to have pulled it off, as for the factor (o'reilly) he mentioned many times in his late night phone calls (sexual) to producer andrea macris, that he wanted to go to the tropics where anything goes and use falAFels and loofah's on macris, macris now lives in a 3.5 million condo in the apple thanks to mr. bill.  o'reilly is surely depraved enough to have DOOD it.
