Why did Judge Perry do the questioning of Tony L at the end of the day instead of
letting Mr George question him?   I am glad that JP did so, but wondered why.

Hi Magnolia, Jose was actually the one who asked he be brought in so he could "proffer" his statement outside the presence of the jury.  Jose kept wanting to get into evidence that Casey had told Tony a "secret".  They brought Tony in, and Jose started to question him.  Jose didn't get the answers he wanted/expected? and Judge Perry decided to ask his own questions.  That's how I remember it. 

I am guessing it was the judge's responsibility to ask since there were allegations of her being molested at a young age to see if criminal charges should be brought.

I thought at first is was to see if they were going to try and press charges against Lee or George. To see if there were enough proof? But then I quickly realized ICA is a compulsive liar and I doubt JP doesn't see that

I have been thinking about that myself.  If ICA gets up on the stand and says that GA molested her, then does the State have to file an automatic charge against him, does she have to make an "official" report first?  I don't think GA molested her, but at one time I was convinced that Caylee was the product of incest.  Mainly because this family is so weird, so twisted, that it would make so many other things make sense.

I thought Caylee was his also and I did think he might have molested her because many times in a screwed up family like that when the father has molested a girl the brothers will too. I think I have changed my mind on this considering how bozo presented it. It just sounded very made up from the first statement he made, so I think she did make it up (with his coaching).

she buried her pet... more than she did for her daughter.. she put her daughter in three trashbags ? and even the dog got better treatment...  

Maybe she didn't bury the pets either. Be interesting to know if she put them in garbage bags and just threw them there too.

I am not sure my memory is right but didn't Casey's friend that told about that say something about a bad for her pets ?? I don't know how to find her statement on that and can't recall her name....

Hi Monkeys! Caught up .....finally! Was falling asleep watching videos of testimony with my earphones on. Don't know how in the world I will make it through this whole trial!

I felt bad for Tony, I realized he really did care for Casey and look what she got him in to.Pretty sure he is over it now though....

Can somebody please tell me how they can keep bringing up sexual abuse by her father?  Thought we were not allowed to have trials by ambush?  Wouldn't that have to have been discoverable evidence if they wanted to get it into the trial before now? 

For instance, let's say the state now tries to use evidence, oh I don't know, like maybe a video they have of her comitting the crime, where they had never gave it to the duffense under discovery, would they be able to use it now? 

I am so confused.  Bozo sucks.  He is a sneaky putz.  Jar is so elderly maybe we should all chip in and buy him a wheelchair and a new hearing aid, a cane?
