Baez is stupid....who really knows where things are around their house sometimes...the A's don't use their front door...why look for something there?  I wouldn't.  Once UPS put a package in our garage and I didn't see it for a week.  I never go in the garage because it's my husband's work area.

I wouldn't have put it past Casey from swiping any prior notices from the post office  in their mailbox or door while GA and CA were at work.

Anyone have a good theory on exactly when the body was in the trunk and when Casey dumped the body on Suburban?

Could it be that on the afternoon of June 16th ... Caylee died from a drug overdose (chloroform) while her mother was at "work"?  The deceased baby was temporarily place inside the trunk.

Could it be that two days later Casey returned home while her parents were at work ... wrapped duct tape donning a sticker around the head of her deceased daughter in an attempt to stop the flow of body fluids ... placed Caylee wrapped in her Winnie the Pooh blanket in three plastic bags and ... buried her daughter in the back yard with a borrowed shovel?

Could it be that at a later date ... possibly with assistance (brother? boyfriend?) ... Casey retrieved a decomposing Caylee from the backyard of her parent's home ... the plastic bags leaking ... placed her in the trunk and ... took her to the location where the remains were discovered.

In other words ... Caylee's death was not intended but ... considering it was a result of wrongdoing ... a coverup happened ... not a call to 911

So she taped up her mouth and nose and tossed her in plastic bags  in the back yard then moved her to Pet Cemetery ,the location where the remains were discovered.

She would have better off to just admit she took pills from my hand bag and died.

I don't think the tape was put on while she was alive she had to be out of it a coma  or something  JMO

I think Casey methodically and with purpose killed Caylee, who had become an interference in her life.  KC was too selfish to give custody of the baby to her parents. I think she placed Caylee in 2 plastic garbage bags and placed her at the bottom of the freezer in the A's garage. If she had put her in the backyard, buzzards would have swooped in almost immediately, the body would have decomposed rapidly in the FL heat and even the A's yorkies would have picked up on it...

Once Casey started to feel like she had gotten away with it, she returned to the home, took Caylee from the freezer and drove around for a few days before the full effects of decomp in the trunk prompted her to return home and try to bury the body (too much work) and grabbed the laudry bag and took the baby to Suburban. I don't believe she "accidentally" did anything to Caylee, it was cold, calculated and pre-meditated...JMHO

Me, too, but then again it's all about Casey and maybe this is her way of having her parents 'pay' for 'treating her so bad' all her life.  I don't believe it, but that's probably what she thinks.

However if it was chloroform that would have been hard to explain away as "Accident." I also think Casey might have killed Caylee with chloroform and then tried to stage a pool drowning but failed.

I'm not sure, but I think I heard that we will find out state can confirm it
was put on before death..
Just have to wait for Dr. G. I believe then we will find out if I heard correctly.

Agree. If something happened to my daughter, esp if my fault, I would want to die. That would require her to feel guilty about her actions and not want to live with her actions. Obviously this slore doesn't give a rat's a**.

I agree that the tape was put there to stop the leaking of body fluids! I don't believe that Casey slowly suffocated her by wrapping the tape around.  All MOO, though.

I had never thought of it before, but to me that would explain why the sticker was there.  Oddly, as sort of an apology.  "I'm sorry I have to do this, but..." 

talking head psychologist on NG last night said the sticker shows KC's immaturity and that she thought of Caylee as a possession

"you can see the front door if you're standing in your driveway...?"  But they don't STAND in their driveway!  they're looking at the garage entrance because they're driving there, and then they get out by the garage..... no one goes to the end of the driveway and inspects their house for small changes - unless they're insane.

It can take a week to get something from a mile and a half away at times.

   I am still trying to figure out why hell he had GA write on his frigging toy.......bet he tried to sell when this fiasco is over......hell he has to make $$$$ some way.  I can't see anyone beating his door down to represent them legally
