That was a big win for the defense. I do not get why JP is not allowing this. This shows why and even says in a couple days you can come here and do what ever you want. I don't think it is fair that the defense is allowed to say other people helped kill or get rid of Caylee and the state can not ask question regarding that. They cannot tell the jury she stole. They are not going to ask TL about the secret. Why are they protecting Casey?

I think the Judge got the idea about her killing her parents from the getting the house stories. He wants the state to get this stuff in exactly perfect.
