The way she tells this guy you know I have a daughter right? Is almost like she is looking for a reaction. Like for someone to say oh I can't be with you cause you have a daughter. IMO that shows that she felt that Caylee was hindering her ability to be what she wanted to be.

Okay this might be a dumb question but I was taught that the only dumb question is the one not asked so here goes...When they tell a witness that she/he may be excused does that mean we will never hear from them again until the other side presents it's case??  I'm soo curious being that there's so much we know that's not coming out that most of us deem important and the state isn't putting it in it's case in chief.

Thanks for all my smart monkeys!  I'm in good hands..

I feel sad for this William Waters, another one taken in by Casey.  He sort of reminds me of Gunther from "Friends"...

I feel bad for him too. He seems like a sweet guy.

Mallory basically just rolled over for the defense.  Started crying and saying KC was an amazing mother! Gag me with a spoon!

I don't know for sure. But I would say yes the witnesses will be recalled as needed. Except RM who they dismissed cause both sides got what they needed.

I think all these mentions of compulsively shopping at chain stores like Target, Ikea show what a superficial consumer Casey was. Gimme Gimme Gimme, that's all she thought/said.

When Mr. George is asking, did the defendant tell you her daughter is missing, kidnapped, etc.,.....why does he not say, did she tell you her daughter was dead?

once gain I feel badly for all these young people who have to come to court and admit they knew this witch.  They are witnesses but it must be very hard to go down memory lane when the death of a toddler by someone you knew comes into play.

It must really be difficult---also to realize how the person had so many people fooled.

Can someone please tell me WHY the State brought Mallory to the stand?
Possibly to set-up the search for Casey which occured with Lee at the behest of Cindy, which they'll take up with Lee when he is on the stand.  It also showed that Casey, wanted space from the family.
