Why was Casey crying?

Cause the Judge is not caving into her dream team, like her family has done for her her whole life.  It is payback time, and she is not liking it.

She could never be alone. She always needed to have someone around her. Tony is gone so she uses this guy until Tony comes back. To bad Caylee was not enough for her.

I agree, so where was Casey and Caylee all day long, or at least until George went to work?  Seems as if all her friends worked or went to school, or both. Who was she with?

I have a silly personal theory that KC was an escort or call girl.
1. reason to drug Caylee and put her in trucnk
2. source of money
3. maybe she didn't "escort" at times and that's where her stealing from others comes in
4. gives her something to do during all those hours while everyone's at work
5. don't forget there will be some pictures that were entered into evidence...ones that made George puke

She could have been doing porn videos for the web at that foreclosed house since she had a laptop. It had electricity on because I noticed the meter when a blogger went there. That is also the house where the detective was "digging around" looking for the body. SOMEONE knew about that house for him to have even gone there. You would not just pick one house out of all the ones in that area that was foreclosed.

Turbo..I used to think that she used that house as a flop house of sorts until George left for work..but I don't anymore.

The neighbors came over when the WS member was there with Kathi B checking it out..IIRC Kathy got a chance to talk to the neighbors and they were pretty eagle eyed..and houses on both sides of that house were occupied.   Just what I remember though..so could be wrong.

Little Caylee was not malnourished, dirty clothes etc. but it was not due to her moocher mother it was due to CA and GA!!

The talking  heads on INSesssion said that Mallory's testimony may come back to haunt the defense cause the jury may wonder if KC had such a great bond with Caylee how could she party it up while Caylee was dead either by accident or murder.

that is true! i didn't think about it that way...

and yes it is so aggravating when bozo asks about the food and clothes....of course caylee had all that because of george and cindy!

They also said Andrea Yates, Susan Smith were good mothers and children were not hungry, dirty, abused and loved their mothers

I think it must be very difficult for witnesses that knew Caylee to retain their composure as they think of sweet Caylee, knowing she is no longer
alive.

I noticed some of he male witnesses showed signs of great sadness cross their face when speaking of Caylee and I imagine they were doing all they could not to lose their composure.  Tears shed for Caylee, are not unusual, imho.

I was wondering about that too. She was wearing them when she went to jail after being indicted for murder.

Morning all--they are arguing over the videos/how Casey wasn't out looking for Caylee.  I was thinking her parents did the same thing.  They didn't go out and look for Caylee.  I can really see how the jury could correlate the dysfunction in their family.  Casey 'again' was doing what her family was doing...not lookin for Caylee.  Scary how G&C and Casey are exactly alike. 

C & G had actual jobs AND they had no clue that Caylee was missing other than she wasn't in their home, but with Casey.  At this point they had no reason to think something terrible had happened.

I am getting worried if cindy will support caseys allegations!

I'm worried too!  I had faith yesterday but worried today for some reason.

Byass giving his word?  I'd count on his word about as much as I'd count on Casey's!   

Mallory didn't help me at all!  I was hoping she'd give us some kind of idea as to how Cindy and Lee would testify!  Dagnabit!

I think in a word Mallory is going to testify honestly to what she knew and saw and heard.
But how much she knew of the dynamics of this whole thing IDK.  Lee was not living at home at the time and she didn't meet the folks for atleast a few months. She was not particularily close to Casey..but did have a bond with Caylee.
