OCSO  uses johnson's towing, and had them tow the car from the anthony house down to the crime lab
when simon recognized cindy and george on TV , he suddenly made the connection  he ran out and jumped right into the dumpster to find the bag of trash!

there were floating around. Now it’s like oh, shit. So I cannot, I was, I haven’t even gotten dressed. I
was in my pj’s and I threw my flip-flops on and I ran out of the house and came out to the dumpster.

GW: You just, you were looking from the outside?
SB: No, I climbed, I climbed, I went right in. I was like, like let, like I was in the bottom like this picking,
going through it all.

GW: Oh, my goodness.
SB: Oh, I wanted to find the bag.
he then calls yuri melich, who informs him that OCSO has the bag...george and an officer had come by already and retrieved it..

Can anyone tell me what the prosecution motion was that was sustained early this a.m.?  I caught a statement by Mr. George at the end of the day yesterday that seemed to indicate the motion was about the behavior of the defense team??  TIA

Insessions was just saying they need to tie her to the car at the amscot.  Didn't Tony Lozarro do that?  He picked her up there standing outside of car waiting for him.  What am I missing?  

I think they said bozo will have to tie George to that car after the date KC left with it.

Yeah, for the duffense's theory, but for the prosecution they said it was a huge hole that they cannot prove she left the car there. 

They (InSession) forget to add the fact that Tony L. picked KC up @ amscot. (which ties her to her car) SHE called HIM and told him her car broke down.......ran out of gas. Yet, (bombshell) the car was backed into the space next to the dumpster. Nobody backs their car in when they've run out of gas. ......what happened to the story of 2 guys pushing her car into parking space???? Didn't happen of course!

that was on the killercam right after I posted.  It also showed Rosebud hugging Mallory as well as another lady I did not recognize.  THey also showed TL sitting in the hall with his lawyer.

for those who missed Mallory taking the stand, that is Mallory in the above photo.  I know at a quick glance it may look as though Lee is hugging Casey, but he is hugging his fiancee Mallory, most likely as she came off the stand.

Why doesn't insessions talk abotu that?  Why don't they notice the smirks she gave her lawyer after mallory testified, and after she did her fake crying job, as if to say to Bozo, "good job mallory."

Could someone who believes GA is guilty of sexual abuse please explain (briefly) why you think that's true? I'm just wondering... coworker and I are discussing, and I am not nearly as familiar with this case as many of you monkeys. TIA.

When Casey's all revealed lies are considered ...  NOTHING that comes from her lips can be believed.  That young lady with no conscience has no credibility.

It is my contention that the defence's opening statement accusing George of sexually abusing Casey as a child as well as participating in the disposal of Caylee's remains was a futile attempt to confuse the jury pool ...a futile attempt to plant a seed of doubt.
