We all saw this coming..........

Baez is going to make a big deal out of why this guy didn't play Perry Mason.   Rolling Eyes

Surely the jury knows that most people are not pro-active absent tangible evidence and usually do not choose to get involved in stuff they don't know the details to.

He knew it was out of gas because he knows his daughter is a slacker and can't even put gas in her own car!

My coworker was just like OMG how did GA know??

But... being a girl myself... and clueless about cars... and having a mechanically inclined father...

If I'd had a history of running out of gas, and my car broke down and my dad went to get it from the tow yard, not only would he bring gas just in case but he'd bring a multitude of things just in case something else was wrong with the car. IMO not an issue at all.

It bothers me that Simon didn't report what he smelled, back when he first smelled it, which was a few days before the A's picked the car up.  Even tho he wasn't sure because the odor was faint, because the car wasn't opened.  I dunno, am thinking had it been me, I would have reported it then, so LE could come open the car and see what the heck might be in there.  Even so, when he and George opened the trunk, and it was very CLEAR to Simon that the odor definitely was human decomp, WHY did Simon not say that to George?  WHY didn't he refuse to allow George to take the car at that point, but run to the phone to call LE?  Just seems to me that the odor might have been an indicator to Simon that all was not well with that car.  IMO.

didnt mallory say.. that she had only been around casey a few times? how can she say she was a great mom!! she said she didnt know her that welll...

Exactly!!

Why is Mallory upholding the person who she does not have a close relationship?  Why is Mallory upholding the person who is accusing her fiancee of sexual abuse?

Lee Anthony's testimony will be very interesting.  I predict he will deny the accusations leveled by the defence but ... will Lee lash out at Casey or ... will his support remain unwavering?  Will he mouth those three little words across the courtroom to the one  who is attempting to throw him under the bus.

Janet

I have a feeling you are right, Janet

The car was on E but George didnt show up with a gas can

No car trouble as Casey told Tony

I'm confused.  Simon Burch is saying the car is out of gas.  So how did KC get it backed into that dumpster spot at Amscot?  Didn't we all agree it would've been impossible for her to push it there herself and she didn't get help cuz the car stank?  Where did the gas go?  Does gas evaporate in hot climates?

No.  Petroleum is oil based-not water soluble.  It's oil.

You knew there was a missing child (per Bozo just now), but yet, there was no missing child.

this running out of gas frequently hooha shows like many other things that KC did not think about the future effects of her actions. Like other things:
-getting preg by mystery man
-stealing from friends

Her previous history indicates its a reasonable guess it ran out of gas, she certainly didnt call home to say her car broke down & needed mommy and daddy to pay for it to get fixed

Bozo attempts to make every witness suspicious of something but all he does is further make himself look like a bumbling idiot

OMG...It's Johnson's Tow Company's fault!

Wonder if Simon Burch parties with Kronk, that would explain a few things...

I can't believe Bozo is doing this...

Kronk's testimony is going to be a circus, IMO, and Bozo is going to be a head clown. Personally, I wish somebody who qualified for Citizen of the Year had found Caylee, but you just don't get to choose who finds your victim when you murder someone. The State will get through it, and if the jury is paying attention to everything, they'll see through Bozo's juggling act.

Good catch.  Bobo did and keeps saying Caylee was never missing.  Is the dufense switching their innocent theory on the fly here?
