The judge didnt say that by accident. He is listening to her friends say she is getting the house. He can put 1+1 together. The state has to introduce it correctly or its a no go..thats fair.. unfortunately, Mr George has been up there past his expiration date.. His argument was that this was her motive to kill Caylee so she wouldnt cramp her booty life. the judge had the parent killing on his mind. it was no accident he said that

OH boy - this is not going well.

I am losing faith in how our judicial system works.

Its really not all that crucial & no one wants something to overturn her conviction.  CJBP is making a decision as he is very familiar with & knows to be to the letter of the law.

Do you think perhaps this is just a little "gimme" for the defense from the judge to lull the into a false sense of mission accomplished? I'm hoping this type of evidence that goes towards motive will be allowed in some other way. Was testimony about Casey having to leave RM's place early because Cindy called about Caylee let in?

The judge is not making any rulings to appease either side, he's following rules & procedure & what has been set by precedent.   CJBP is not one of those judges that litigates from the bench (in other words to his liking or what his personal opinion is on an issue).

That would have to have been before it was towed and picked up by George. Doesn't she put herself there in the car with the smell first?
