Whenever KC departed from the courtroom this week I believe it was through the door further down on the right!  Simms had to stand up to let her pass each time.....

The room (door behind CM)  that she and Attnys went through today was one that Bozo had pointed at when JP asked where the files they seemed to continously need and not have on hand were stored?????

I hope the Lippman thing is the first stage of firing back at Casey's allegations of her father's sexual abuse & the defense putting it forward in opening statement based on Tony L's testimony (proffer).  Tony testified that Casey did not lodge any allegation of sexual molestation by her father.  I'm not sure what else it could be.

Surely that has to be it, he already warned the defense that it would happen and they didn't back off.  I don't see how the defense can be forced to do anything by an attorney for a witness.  If the witness doesn't want to answer a question they can refuse by taking the 5th.  I think  .

I am so taken aback....it is as if UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can KC keep her true self from coming through when dealing with her mother.  Throughout this entire ordeal she has been mean and nasty to Cindy and Cindy has all but kissed her a$$.  And now, with all eyes on her, KC is still shooting daggers at Cindy, still self centered and mean mouthing Cindy for "not being there for her".

I believe KC is able to feel some emotions but compartmenatlizes everything...except when with Cindy.  I have seen KC soul less and cold, but I think she shows even more evil when with Cindy.

I cannot believe her attorneys are not explaining how she is to behave or how to portray herself during the different testimonies.  Strange.

I strongly believe Cindy knows, Cindy is being so detailed that the defense cannot use her, and that she is done.  Should by some strange turn of events KC is released, she will have no family support.   She has, and continues to do herself in.   I am just wondering why Cindy put that large amount  of money in KC's jail account.

yeah and think about it! cindy and george have done this to help her at the risk of obstruction charges! now they have seen the light and realize that they go go to jail for obstructing and... she is treating them with disrespect by saying lies to get herself cleared

either cindy put that much money to last her along time because they had a feeling ... the bus was head their way or...  they thought she was going to do them in and  they wanted to bribe her with love and money?

If you look a few pages back in the thread, some nice monkey posted a commisary list from the jail - there was NO MONEY posted.  It must have been a letter that Cindy delivered to the jail.

I be the jury is going to hate this if baez with his inexperience drags this on. if they could they would prolly say ok judge we have made a decision... guilty...

Loca, I noticed you asked who I am earlier. I am someone that has been following the case and reading this blog for a long time now because I want Justice for Caylee. I have rarely posted until the trial. I also agree that it is in the bag for the pro's with the evidence they have and hope all the jurors will see past what the defense claim in thier opening statements.

I don't think he pays much attention to what he can and can't do, he does what he pleases.  Reminds me of his client

I'm thinking that if Baez "bullies" Cindy on the stand, that George won't be able to handle that as well as he handled Baez bulling him.  We've heard George say before that he's had to help Cindy to keep her from losing her mind.  I can see George really getting upset if Baez treats Cindy the way he did George.

JMO, but I believe that is exactly what it's about.  Lippman was on the Today Show this week saying he was ready and willing to file charges on behalf of his clients if he felt that it was necessary.  I think it may have become necessary....Again, JMO.

I strongly believe KC's true colors shown during Cindy's testimony, demonstrates that KC will go down fighting...she is so mean and so vengeful she will never take a plea deal.  She is going to want to "shown them".

Could very well be about Cindy.  You just reminded me of a thought I had yesterday when Baez was questioning George.  A couple of times he managed to get what I heard as rather negative answers about Cindy.  At the time I took it as preparation for a blame Cindy defense since the blame George defense didn't pan out.
