I always wondered how it was possible for Baez to talk to the A's about a month or 6 weeks ago knowing they were witnesses in the case. If Lippman brings this up, could it be cause for a mistrial? Which could be the whole reason why this happened. Which would mean that Lippman and Baez are working for the same cause. Mistrial.

JP asked both the state & the duhfense if there would be any objections regarding the motion filed by Lippman.
The state had NO objections....Duhfense... YES, they have objections

fishy, fishy. between the family and Baez there is so much deceit. Dom C could NOT have been guided by a psychic or at least the one that the emails were from. I don't understand all that, but common sense says that a lawyer doesn't petition the court to be able to "search" with the accused in private and the same lawyer's PI ( ex PI) is within feet of the victim AND says that same atty, told him not to call 911 if he ever found her........it screams that Baez knew where that child was...which also blows his opening statement and allegations sky high.

If, according to Baez, the pedophile George had the body but somehow the pedophile Roy K acquires the body and his client was in the dark..had no knowledge of circumstances beyond the tragic drowning and her father demanding that she pretend all was well.........that makes BAEZ the owner of the false defense story which cannot possibly be kosher.

Thank you.  I felt that I had entered the twilight zone in regards to the direction that I suspect that the defence is headed.

it is so obvious to me that Baez's claim of sexual abuse by George against her daughter as well as his participation in the disposal of Caylee's body is all a defence strategy to distract from the truth ... a defence strategy which includes the Anthony family.

The Anthonys will go through the motions which will appear that cooperation with prosecutors is where it is at while Baez mission is to establish reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury in an attempt to gain Casey's freedom.

I pray that isn't what's going on here but I did hear of a case like this. I tried for a long time last night to find it for a link but couldn't come up with it. A son on trial for murder, his defense accused his father and IIRC the son was acquitted. The best i could see them getting with this strategy is a hung jury but I learned never to say never. You never know what a jury will do but my thought is, if Baez has had an active hand in manipulating evidence and witnesses I think the decision, no matter what it is, will be thrown out...him too I hope.

They are witnesses for both the State and the Defense.  I know they are named on the mitigation witness list the defense filed.

George was accused by Baez of a felony crime in his opening statements. Could Lippman ask for some standing in court because of that ?

I would like someone to file a motion to see George's "suicide" note. Wonder if there is anything in there about George's regrets in life ? They are bringing that River Cruz/ Crystal Holloway to the stand and she is going to say that George told her it was an accident that snowballed out of control a month beforwe the baby was found.

I think anyone who wants to sue Baez for defamation of character will wait until the end of trial. 

Reason being..he isn't done yet..heck this could end up being a class action suit..just joking..but Kronk will probably also sue him , as well as George and Lee.  But until the trial is over he may have more false statements to make against others..and until there is an outcome to the trial it is a he said/ she said type of thing.  I think to sue now would be premature..best wait and get the full tilt of the situation.

Yes I read "Mommy's Little Girl" by Diane Fanning

(the day it was released....I admit, I'm pathetic LOL)

I thought her book was a good read.....no real bombshells, she got most of her info from the same documents released as we did. There were a couple tid bits of info from family (KC's uncle, Gramma Shirley IIRC) that I hadn't seen or prob just forgot about it. I continue to use it as one of my references, I keep it on my desk right next to my PC.

Very possible and very likely.
They wouldn't motion for that in open court during a trial..that would have been a deal they struck probably right around 6 weeks ago.

Lee got some sort of immunity during his depo..many think that Dom Casey did as well during his...so the witnesses are not stacking up in Casey's favor anylonger.

I still wonder where she got money after Caylee was born and she wasn't working. That part of this is really bugging me! Since it went on for a couple of years, I just can't understand. These days it is not automatic that a guy pays. (Like it was in my dating days).

Cindy says Casey showed up at the house when George was there and she thought Casey was out of town. What happened on that day? Did she think her Dad wasn't home? Was that the day she took the Teddy away? I assume that Teddy information will show up again in this case, I am wondering how.-The act of her taking the Teddy-(at that point Caylee was dead) just creeps me out.

maybe they found the teddy bear in the woods or in the pipes with the plumbing problems... more likely though is the woods..

That or a straight jacket..I wouldn't think Mason would be all favorable to her meltdowns.

I think Simms is just there to pacify her..and is having a hard time because she obviously didn't say the right thing to her at  one point in the tape.
