Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

Has anyone found any lip readings of the other break that was taken @ 10:00 http://www.wftv.com/video/28059008/index.html  ?  At one point ICA is so pizzed she is flayling her pen through the air like a pirate with a sword against an imaginary opponent.  To me it looks like they are commenting about the jurors.

No idea.  Maybe one of them looked at her funny and she did not like it.  i guess she wants them not to look at her.

I swear, if this hobag is not found guilty, I am moving to Iraq or something.
Okay at the video mentioned above at the 10:30-10:32 mark it was about Juror number 4 who is that one again or do we know the Juror's number?  I can't make out anything else YET still working on it frame by frame.  Anyone else can piece together??  I know in the beginning she was talking to Bozo and said "Jose we have a problem" then can't make out the rest till the mark I indicated.

According to the FlaMom's links, #4 is the Farmville lady, right?

do you think at first glance these stats help the defense or the state?  (and I know there's still alot of factors to consider about each just wondering about "first glance")

*7 females jurors & 5 male jurors

*half the jurors have children & half do not
              (3 m no kids 3 f no kids / 4 f with kids 2 m with kids)?

thx flamom for the link!

They wanted more men on the jury who would think she is hot.  So, they did not get that.  But, it just takes 1 single juror to hold out and get a misstrial.

I'm eager to see/hear Lippman's motion. I would love to think it's something against Baez or KC, but I'm thinking it's not. It's my understanding opening statements and such are protected, so if Lippman filed a motion knowing that, he would sorta look like Bozo (seemingly not having a grasp of the law).

However, maybe he feels it necessary to file a motion anyway, for the A's peace of mind in knowing he tried at least. Then again, perhaps he's taken these days to act because he's been studying case law and wants to set a precedent? Another option might be he simply wants a stipulation read (sorta like they did with those bruised eye photos) acknowledging there's no evidence whatever George has molested KC?

I'd love to hear what other monkeys are thinking in regards to this?

Can someone provide a link to FBI agent Nick Savage's depo? I cannot read the one posted at WS because the docstoc one is defective.
What I did manage to read was that they gave the Ants some sort of questionaire to fill out.
It is frustrating to read something that turns blank as you are scrolling. TIA

I agree. Plus, the guys hearing about all her lies and sexual escapades might prejudice them. Never know how many of those guys have been cheated on and/or lied to and had their hearts broken. I realize this is beyond the scope of "first glance" but it was something my husband mentioned a few days ago and so it's been on my mind.

Juror 4
Photos of jurors are not allowed
Description: She is a middle aged black female. She heard about the case when it first happened. She survived a preemptory challenge last week when prosecutors asked that she be removed from the panel of prospective jurors.
Fast fact: She said she doesn’t like to "judge people."
Quote: She told attorneys that after seeing the mitigating and aggravating factors, she "thinks" she can recommend a death sentence. "I just don't like to point my finger at anyone," she said. "What I mean by that is, judging someone by what they say."]Juror 4

in the off chance that Lee did do something to Casey, I think that it was more of a couple of kids experimenting, touchy feely type of thing...nothing more..and who might have initiated it? ..and we will never know cause Casey is such a liar..Lee will be ashamed/embarrassed by it and will never admit to it even  if it did happen...who are we gonna believe? everyone knows that Casey is a liar....If  Casey has not been shown to be such a liar, my feelings would be different on this matter..
I do not dismiss claims of molestation lightly,  but this one I do...
at any rate, molestation or not, it does not make someone murder their own child..jmo.
If anything, it should make that person even more protective of their child jmo...

on another topic..upon hearing that Casey spent the night here and there and everywhere and Caylee was not with her, and now Cindy knows that there was no Zanny, she must be anguishing in her own mind...was Caylee drugged and left in the car when she could have kept Caylee on those nights..
it makes me so angry to even think about this..

I don't know, but just wanted to comment that our law seriously needs to change to not allow people to make opening statements accusing people of stuff they have no backup proof on that was presented during pretrial hearings, etc.  That is just beyond belief to me.

Not one iota of evidence has been presented to show she had been molested or Caylee had drowned, no evidence showing Caylee had drowned, in all the evidentary hearings, months of pretrial crap, and I thought we could not do "trial by ambush" which I heard JBP say to Bozo many times.  His openign statement was trial by ambush to me.

I downloaded the doc stop one and use another pDF viewer to read it.  It was horrible trying to read it on their site.  I would scroll down and the page would disappear, and then skip 3 pages, and you could not see end of the page.

This is the program I use to read them.   http://www.nitroreader.com/download/

So, I download it off docstop, then do file open with and chose the Nitro PDFreader

@20:00 http://www.wftv.com/video/28058702/index.html

Cindy answers question about if she has looked for Zanny and for how long.  She is hesitant to answer she looked for her up until 6 weeks ago  then her body starts to shake.  You can really see the shaking in her hair.  I think she has slowly started to see how she was being played and agree that this was a very clear and public message that ICA was on her own with all her lies now.

Sorry I am so far behind.  Just watching the last of the videos now.

Yes, Cindy really started shaking, deep breathing.....I thought @ one point she might pass out, her eyes started rolling. I believe Judge Perry & lovely Linda Drane-Burdick were keeping a close eye on Cindy.

Does anyone know why there are 3 day 5 murder trial threads ???

I am not for sure, but probably others created them not knowing this one was already here?  They have 0 posts in them, so who knows.

They were O/T posts that were removed from this thread but the moderator must of have gotten sidetracked and neglected to merge into the Break Room.  I have moved them to the break room now.  Anything the moderators deam as O/T is getting moved to the break room when we see them (the O/T posts).

That picture makes me very happy.  I hope to see that too in about 6 weeks when she is found guilty of 1st degree murder.
