Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

Yes pretending and it is Casey holding the sign.
I have almost gotten caught up.  Couple of questions before going to bed.  Are they going to take up the Lippman's motion at 8:30 Tuesday morning, and did the state get done with Cindy Anthony or will she be up again with the state before being crossed (bullied) by Bozo?

I have never followed a murder case on television and I'm am so confused.  Are all defense attorney's as arrogant as Bozo?  I get happy and then depressed.  I don't know if I will be able to watch it all.   I will try to follow on here and watch on t.v. but my priority is my granddaughter since preschool will be out Tuesday.

I know this happens to me too and if we are feeling this way, imagine what the jury is feeling, and they cannot even talk amongst themselves.  They have nobody to get this out to.  They cannot talk to family about it.  They are pretty much in a cage for the next 6 weeks all because she is a hoebag who cannot tell the truth.  They may get to do things arranged by the jduge, but they cannot go sit in a bar have a few beers, go take a walk to clear their heads w/o an armed guard accompanying them, or even just vent if they feel they need to about, oh, I don't know, what a bully Bozo is or even something as simple as how annoying all the side bars are.  I would hate to be them.  We can click the x and go do whatever we want to.  They cannot.

I don't think whoever placed the body expected it to take as long as it did.

Within close proximity to the home, close proximity to the reoad.

The child's remains were discovered with items belonging in the Anthony's home- so, regardless of the actual cause of death, there's a strong possibility the child died at the home.

I kept thinking what would be an alternative to placing duct tape on the childs nose, aside from the suffocation theory and I wondered if the duct tape wasn't possibility attatched to keep the insects from invading Caylee's remains through the mouth and nasal openings.

Wrapping Caylee in her Winnie the Pooh blanket (I assume from her bed) seems like it was made in a comfort jesture.  Aside from the blanket, the reemains, the two garbage bags and the laundery bag, I wonder if anything else was located at the remains site.

Oh well, just thinking out loud from another sleep deprived monkey.....

I know the Winnie the Pooh blanket was found at the remains site..but I never read where it was wrapped around her..her bones were scattered in a very large area...is there a link where I could read more about the blanket?

I don't picture Casey wrapping her in the blanket as a comfort gesture..after she shot her up with chloroform, duct taped her mouth and nose tightly embedding it in her hair, then trash bags..fianlly a laundry hamper..it would really shock me if the blanket was wrapped around her..I think that was something left in the car she pitched out.

The heart sticker was the final kiss off if you will..she loved her more in death then in life.  It wasn't a loving gesture in my opinion it was just the opposite.

From newest to oldest, this is most of the evidence released in the murder case against Casey Anthony and will be updated as new evidence is released.

wait a minute if casey took the teddy bear because she hated that cindy found comfort in it!
so this had to have been during one of the times casey was in jail right? so if there was a plumbing problem that casey mentioned to someone!
does that mean that possibly casey shredded the teddy bear and tried to flush it or something! therefore the plumbing problem?

caseys meltdown

The caption under that picture of Casey needs to read, "Lie, Mama, Lie!"

I've had a lot to catch up, but the testimony about Cindy sleeping with Teddy struck me. Linda asked her if she told KC about sleeping with the bear and Cindy first said "yes" and then in a few seconds added, "I think." She went on to say that she was sure she had shared it with KC, but thinks it was at a later time.

I thought it was significant in that if Cindy had told her at that particular time, KC would not have taken the bear because it would have revealed she had been to the house. However, because Cindy did not tell KC then, KC didn't know it was an item that would surely be missed when she came to the house and took it.

The motion by lippman

According to the below post and link, it appears the motino is for Lee to be able to sit in the court room and be excluded from sequestration too.

Lee wants to sit in courtroom during trial

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just saw this on WESH. I have it dvr'd but can't find a link online.

Anyway, the teaser said that LA wants to sit in the courtroom during the trial and his attorney is going to file a motion regarding that.

Full report at 11 pm tonight on WESH.

Oh wait, it says "his attorney" so that would not be lippman.  Back to square one.  Unless Lippman is now representing Lee?

Like everything else, Gypsy, I'm speculating about the use of blanket.

I'm assuming the blanket located with or around the remains is the one we've seen pictured on Caylee's bed- which sorta looks like a toddler bed comforter, which was part of a set, and was normally kept on Caylee's bed.

What would be the purpose of removing the blanket off the bed?

In an emergency situation?  To provide warmth? To comfort?  To wrap up?

In addition to the two black garbage bags with yellow handles, for concealing,

In addition to the canvas type laundry bag with handles, for transporting,

In addition to the Henkel brand duct tape, used for?

I don't know where, on SM, but it was discussed there were remnants of a picture frame located- allegedly at the remains site, one of which had a red heart/sticker on the matting at one time.

One of our monkeys mentioned it- stated the actual photo with the sticker was viewed on the NG show with the sticker.

Anyone remember discussing this please clarify, TIA.

Casey was an alleged thief.

I'm sure if she snuck into the house, she went into her parents room to see what she could steal.  Casey didn't seem like she respected boundries~

Knowing that this particular bear was a favorite of Caylee's, upon going into her parents bedrooom and recognizing Caylee's bear on Cindy's bed, if we are to believe the jealousy angle, Casey would have been outraged and either removed and destroyed the bear, threw the bear away or took it with her for her own comfort.

She wouldn't have left it there for Cindy as in her sick mind, this bear represented Caylee.

What is Mr. Hornsby insinuating with this remark on Jeff Ashton?

Having tried cases with Jeff, the best compliment I can give him is that he cross-examines witnesses like a zealous defense attorney crossing a jail-house snitch. I could easily see Casey Anthony snapping against Jeff Ashton and her completely breaking down on the stand.

He is stating in essence that if Casey takes the stand & Jeff Ashton cross examines her that he will successfully break down her lies & she doesnt stand a chance.  In all likelihood she will show her anger & true colors for all to see, there is no way she will hold up during it, much less come out the better end for having testified.  During many pretrial hearings it has been noticed that Casey has exhibited disdain toward him, especially the day he put forward an early State position on what they theorize Casey did & how.

yeah, I get that, but it's the "the best compliment" part that is confusing me.  Does he not like Jeff?  I could think of much better compliments myself, so I am getting an anti-Jeff feeliing from him.

I believe Hornsby is a mediawhore & someone that appears very envious of people that are perceived to more successful than him.  IMHO, his comment "the best compliment" is indeed a favorable one denoting Ashton's obvious abilities but with some animosity and/or envy attached.   He's also a defense attorney so its not a stretch to say that he may have negative feelings towards prosecutors in general...to me he's a koolaid drinker & very self-absorbed.  Hornsby has also had some rather childish reactions toward Bill Schaeffer who analyzes often for WFTV, in fact rather nasty.
