Is Linda trying to prove that Caylee couldn't have gotten into the pool without help?  If she can do that, it destroys the defense's claim that Caylee got out and drowned by herself without help.  Oh, please, let Linda prevail!

But how far up was the bottom of the ladder from the ground?  Could Caylee climb up to the bottom of the ladder?  2 and 1/2 year olds have short little legs...Aww, just thinking about Caylee makes me tear up, poor little thing.
 

We have a loft with "ladder stairs", we also have a grandson who just turned 2. 

He bolts up those stairs, so I would have to say yes, especially if she used the ladder on a regular basis to go in the pool with Cindy or whomever.

her sense of entitlement is unbelievable.  Can't believe her mom isn't going to side with her even though she threw the whole family under the bus.  Maybe she expected Cindy to continue supporting her since she hasn't accused her (yet) of molesting her!

This is a childish spoiled brat tantrum coming from a narcissistic sociopath, even thru all that she is only concerned that the attention is not on her & she is not the one being adorn by all.   In a way I wish the jury saw that but I dont want any of them to misconstrue what it really is.

Notice that she waited for the jury to leave before she had this hissy fit.

LOL..I think she's mad still at her Mom for loving Caylee so much..she tried to cry at the point of the little playhousse..but juster couldn't muster up the right emotion..I thought then she's just mad because Caylee got all these things and Casey didn't have a playhouse of her own at Caylee's age.

Casey was dead cold through the entire time Cindy was on the stand..the jury is going to see a greiving Grandmom and then contrast that with a mother who can not muster one tear.

Actually I think that is something she said - Im trying to read her lips, it appears she said "she didnt" a few times

maybe it will sink in that everyone is going to do the right thing for Caylee and not worrying about her. I hope so. I hope she will not continue to put everyone through this.

Everyone is telling the truth and Casey can't....that's her problem, at the moment,becuse we all know she only takes life minute by minute.

I did catch a few things KC said....and BTW...Cindy did give an eye signal, sort of, when she was trying to get comfortable on the witness stand. I posted it, but everybody blew on by...
