LOL..my son just woke up and said is this trial still going on..yes..Good Lord he says..save the taxpayers the money and just get the jury to give their verdict now..you know she is guilty as he!!.  He has 2 little ones that live here..he's 25..he does not cut any slack for bad parenting and whorish behavior...he walks the talk.

Did you read KC's lips... I think after Cindy left the stand KC just said "she never protected me"! It's always about her, never about Caylee! KC is an evil spoiled brat! I can't stand what she is doing to her own family!

I have a friend who can read lips due to the fact that her grandma is deaf... she is telling me casey is saying "she said shes not trying to help..she does this every single time" in regards to CINDY! WOW

I don't mean this as a slam...Cindy looks awful.  I think she's on meds to keep her even keel for this.  She seems very sad and resigned- reality has sunk in.  She knows what kind of daughter she really has now.  As much as Cindy's enabled and all, I do feel sorry for her.  Praying she'll just lay it all out and free herself from the tangled web.  Time to cut all ties to Casey. JMO

MY!  The defense team sure is agreeable this morning!  What's up with that????  What did I miss from the Motion in Limine with the defense this morning?

I took it to set the stage that the back door had those on it, and Cindy said she had them on all the doors and they were hard for her to open.  So, someone else had to open that back door before she could have wandered outside to get in the pool on her own.

I think Cindy is on meds as well. She seems very slow and uneasy walking up to the stand.

But so far, seems she is telling the truth and has lost her attitude.

Cindy is in total agony today....a very different woman than we know of.  I hope she has swallowed the truth now and continues to act this way... I like THIS Cindy.

I so hope she tells the truth.  I like hearing Cindy testify to the details of caring for Caylee because Casey, if she testifies, won't be able to.  Sure she'll be able to lie but I think the jury will see through Casey trying to testify to the little details about caring for and daily things that go into taking care of a little one.  I don't think Casey knows much about it, so she won't be able to convincing lie about it.
