I think their objections are being overruled so often, it is in the defense's best interest to keep them to a minimum.  If I'm on a jury, it would adjust the daylights out of me for a lawyer to be objecting to everything and the judge overruling it.  The attorney would lose credibility in my eyes.  At some point, the evidence is what it is and it's coming in, so sit down and shut the hell up.

I looked back at the tape of Casey having her temper tantrum, and it appears to me she said something about Cindy crying on purpose and that she "didn't have to do that now!".  What a sociopath she is.

I noticed that.  Very very curious.  They didn't object to Tony this morning either. 



I think the defense is going to take a very different tactic with Cindy. They are going to try and manipulate her testimony to make Casey look like a saint. They will be very gentle. They know she will lie to protect Casey. She has lied about the night of the 15th, with no mention of any disagreement with Casey. She has also lied about Caylee sleeping with Casey instead of usually just cuddling with her at night IMO.

For the first time, i think we just witnessed REAL emotion form ICA....and it didnt come from a place of remorse, guilt, or apathy for her mother...this came from a place of " ME ME ME..POOR ME" WHich only proves, even further, what we already know to be true...Sociopaths only show emotion when its about THEMSELVES....

She was engaged to Jesse, his parents were helping care for Caylee.  It got to the point that Casey was taking extreme advantage of their kindness.   They approached Casey that she needed to care for Caylee more and/or get assistance...thus the "nanny" appeared but didnt exist

i dont remember the name Juliette Lewis,was her age ever disscussed and
did the LE ever find anyone named  Juliette Lewis,i had a film class and journalism
class with a Juliette Lewis, in high school and she moved to fla 2yr after i did
and as far as i know she is still in clearwater,she went to usf, nickname, jules
julee juju,married in 84 but kept her name,now divoriced, she is around 50+ in age
