Good morning monkeys---

Cindy lied about the evening of June 15. We know that Shirley Plesea told Cindy about the money from the bank account at the lunch at Shirley's home.  We know about the fight Cindy had with Casey on that night, the one where Lee said Cindy tried to throttle Casey.  Cindy is still lying---Same ol' same ol'.

I don't think Cindy lied.  I don't think those questions were asked of Cindy.  Maybe Linda doesn't want to disclose it....or, more likely, Linda doesn't want to disclose is right now.

Linda is trying to lay the "foundation" right now, IMO, and will "fill-in" the foundation as time goes on.  This will not be the only time Cindy is on the stand.

Except Cindy said they had a very pleasant but emotional evening--the emotion was caused by seeing  what they thought might be the last pics of Mr. Pleasea.  That is not a truthful description of the evening.

The ex-fiancée of Casey Anthony alleged that she and her mother got into a big argument the night before Casey's daughter Caylee went missing.

Jesse Grund told Sherriff's investigators about the incident in documents released by the State Attorney's Office in late November, saying he learned of it from Casey's brother Lee Anthony.

"It got into a very heated argument, which turned physical and Cindy started choking Casey," Grund said, after a review of documents by Central Florida 13 news.

Why didn't the prosecutor question Cindy in regards to Jesse's claim ... Jesse's claim that contradicts Cindy's claim of a "special evening" on May 15th ... the day prior to Caylee's disappearance?

George was questioned regarding Casey's claims of sexual abuse and assisting in disposing of Caylee's remains.

Yeah, but this was already ruled on that it could come in so Im a bit perplexed what the issue is now...I'm not sure if it cant come in now at all, or if something had to be established.   If it doesnt come in at all Im shocked & very

I wondered the same thing,.....I don't recall hearing that the teddy went missing... wish Linda would have asked her if she ever found the teddy

I think Casey took the bear as another act to spite Cindy, just as she killed Caylee to spite Cindy.

  I totally agree, I said from day one I thought Slore killed Caylee intentionally to spite Cindy and that her disdain for her mother was more powerful than any remote feelings of affection (not love) she had for her own precious angel. I agree about the teddy too-I can see slore doing that. I also think when Casey wanted to leave after the fight and Caylee was probably crying our for CIndy and can visualize her putting all that duct tape on her to stop her from reminding her that her daughter Caylee loved her grammie more possibly and felt very safe and secure with Jojo and Cindy and that was something slore would not stand for nor and also if Cindy had threatened to try and obtain custody of Caylee, she'd kill her out of spite and the mentality of possibly worrying that Cindy might succeed and if she (slore) couldn't have her nobody would......hope that makes sense.

I think that what you just posted is exactly what happened, and it breaks my heart.

Mine too, Caylee deserved that love and affection even though the A's did enable her-they NEVER deserved to be deprived of their grandchild especially since IMO they were Caylee's source of true unconditional love, and also provided for her.

I just can't take anymore today - going to the beach to say a prayer, and remember how blessed I am after watching and hearing all this. God Bless all of you who have helped keep me up to date while I was working and unable to read everything, and I hope you all have a wonderful and safe Memorial day wknd and hug our babies and grandbabies even tighter.

This is the tool sociopaths use to keep people in their lives confused and hooked in at the same time..it's called gaslighting..and Casey has raised this to an art form !

It goes beyond lies to mess with people's heads so they begin to doubt themselves more then the sociopath.  I would say up until 6 weeks ago, when they found out what Casey's true plans to save herself this time, they were hooked into her lies.

Why would a parent be "afraid" of getting their daughter "upset?"  I would make her think upset, I would have called the police by then and had them pick up that car if she was hiding from me. If these people had exhibited any tough love on KC I honestly believe Caylee would still be alive.

AND..............as usual the defense objects but has NO CASE law and needs time to look it up.

I believe they will ask Jesse that directly and then most likely bring Cindy back on the stand. That is the way I would do it so it would be more powerful plus show that Cindy was covering up things. The problem might arise that KC told Jesse about it.

Turbo, I agree that if the Anthonys had raised their daughter differently Caylee would be alive.  But by the time Caylee came along and stole George's and Cindy's hearts, they were so afraid of losing Caylee, That Casey would take her and leave, that they just submitted, IMO.

Turbo.on what grounds would have they had Casey arrested during that timeframe?

She was over 21 years old, Caylee was her daughter, I don't think they could have even requested a wellness check or a driveby check because they didn't know where she was..but she was still communicating with them.  I just don't know during that timefrme anything else they could have done.  LE picking up the car..where?  Everytime Cindy talked to Casey, Casey said she was in a different location ..the State would not have put out an APB  for an adult who was in communication with her family but was not going to see them.

Unless you have dealt extensively with sociopaths or known one intimately that uses these tools of lying and gaslighting it is hard to comprehend...but believe me..they are able to make others they are close to wish they had never questioned them about anything.  They are able to make people around them believe they are all wrong and they are right.  It is a very complicated web they weave..by all indications

Cindy couldn't just kick her out without getting custody of Caylee first..Cindy was trying to protect Caylee.

Casey murdered Caylee and only Casey is responsible for that murder.  To blame Cindy or George for this is only helping Casey.  Everytime someone points their finger in that direction Casey gets a little sympathy and a repreive....................she deserves no sympathy..no repreive.  Rather Cindy or the man in the moon was Casey's mother...Casey would have been a socipath..it's not like they care one day and don't the next.  They are born more or less missing the empathy button..most never kill anyone..

I still believe the only Evil in that house was Casey.
