so glad I went back and read the last few pages of yesterdays discussion.  I had totally forgotten that Dr. G said the duct tape was placed on Caylee before she died.  How in the heck does the defense think their drowning story will hold up when this information is on record and will surely come back up later?  Anymonkey know?  TIA

I don't understand why Tony isn't allowed to say what anyone else said?  Is that hearsay?  It makes testifying about Casey's portion of the conversations awkward.

Can't Mr. George say has ICA ever confided in you about her life? I really want this secret to come out. I think the state is doing good. But they have probably had these questions for months and how they were going to lay this out to the jury. With this new info they really need to change their questioning. They are so methodical but are missing some key points and questions IMO.

Tony just said on the stand that it was an error, he misread the date.

I just assume that Linda's the supervisor because it's her case - that's the reason Linda was the one to make the opening statement.

I thought hearsy was when somebody hears what another person said to somebody else or somebody says so and so told me.  Not, what the person hears themself from the other person.

I think at that time, the deputy was looking for Caylee to see if there was evidence she was there.
