Anyone else notice how neither horseface or Simms tried to cover their mouths during her little meltdown?  Horseface wanted everyone to know what she was saying.  I caught "3 years" My impression was that she was moaning about Cindy backing her and believing her for 3 years.  She begged horseface to see her, sent her letters, gave her money for her pork rinds, and now on the stand she knows Cindy is D.O.N.E. with her.  Game Over. (I hope!!)
All my interpretation of the horsey fit.

Crying for herself cause her mom won't protect her anymore!  How funny, even if she had been molested and hadn't done what she did to Caylee, she still got away with more than she ever should have up to that point.  Too bad Cindy didn't do this sooner.

Casey had been trying to catch Cindy's eye. I think she wanted Cindy to look at her and feel sorry for her, making this about Casey, and she was hoping to get Cindy to continue her long habit of protecting Casey against everyone including George. I think Casey hated George because he could see through her lies, being somewhat similar himself. Without George around, Cindy would be nothing but Casey's puppet, Casey believes. I think Cindy avoided looking at Casey for this very reason. She recognizes her own weakness for once.

It turned to rage when it seemed to her Cindy's emotion was about Caylee and not in sympathy for her.
