West, the myspace letter was already ruled on in a pretrial hearing & CJBP at that time ruled that it could come in

That disappoints me personally.

But I think Perry had a valid reason for his ruling. I trust his judgment.

Disappoints me too and I hope so  All the things he is denying shows the person Casey really is. Like I said before they are protecting Casey's real personality from coming into court and that is not fair!

I picked up on KC stealing the teddy from Cindy some time ago I believe thru the letters Cindy sent to the jail. Cindy said it gave her comfort but it seems like KC replied her usual "me too". So I'm not sure, maybe it was a jailhouse visit?

Same reason TL texts couldn't come in that was states evidence too. maybe the defense just found away to word their objections better this time.
