News 13 offered footage of the shaken Cindy Anthony leaving the court after testifying. George Anthony had his arm around his wife as she shook her head.

Thanks...but I'm trying to find footage of GA and CA after Cindy walked from the stand where she's with George. The article says CH. 13 showed it? or do they mean we could see Cindy leaving only...not her with George?

read the last lineof this report. I had know idea that Lippmann had access to the psychological report. So I'm sure he shared itwith the family. Did the state give this to them to knock some sense into them??

I always wondered how it was possible for Baez to talk to the A's about a month or 6 weeks ago knowing they were witnesses in the case. If Lippman brings this up, could it be cause for a mistrial? Which could be the whole reason why this happened. Which would mean that Lippman and Baez are working for the same cause. Mistrial.

Once the jurors leave the courtroom, they cannot even talk to each other about the case until deliberation time. It is in the instructions you get from the judge. I was in a jury for a 2 day trial and it was very difficult not to ask each other during luch, what do you think? and did you see that too? We were not sequestered but took it seriously. They have all this time keeping it all inside. My prayers and well wishes for the jury

IMO, KC had such a snit-fit because KC has always been able to "control" mom.  Mom, on the stand today, was telling the truth.  Telling the real day-to-day story of KC's lies.  KC is NOT in control; therefore, she's pizzed and messing with her attorney's minds at this point.

KC can always shed a tear when it's about her.

Mom's testimony is about KC.

KC pitched an angry snit-fit befitting a 2 year old child.

Since Cindy went straight into the arms of Lippmann and George, I hope Cindy did not see that fit.

I was wondering (since it seemed to me that KC and Simms were watching something that got her going)  if the fact that Cindy was taking comfort from George or that they were supporting each other gave her the fits.  She may have anticipated Cindy jumping on board the bus heading for George... and is steaming because it didn't happen that way?

I am sure jose told casey that  cindy would be supportive and may have even lied and said he talked to her. jose has told so many lies during this trial.

Geesh...I must be losing it....I thought that the talk about Eric Baker became so much that his parents agreed to a dna test and it was discovered that he was NOT the father.  Where did I gt that?
