Can someone confirm if this old brain is correct in that some time ago Lee's attorney said he was no longer required by Lee as Lee would be telling the truth?

I remember that, Northern. His attorney said he was no longer needed.

I believe it was right after Lee was granted immunity. (?)

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The attorney for Lee Anthony said he is exiting the case as his "representation is no longer necessary."

Anthony's sister, Casey Anthony, is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of her daughter, Caylee. After eight hours of deposition, Tom Luka said Anthony "spilled it all and nothing was different."

As a result of his testimony, Luka said Lee Anthony has what's called "use immunity" from prosecution, though he said Anthony never did anything to warrant being charged in connection with the case.

I disagree, if casey did put pavers on top of the garage bag, no one could see it.  I don't think she wanted anyone to find her. 
If Caylee would of been found earlier, might of know for sure how she died.

Also I wonder how many of the jury followed the scott peterson's trial.  They convicted on a lot less.
Sort of the same thing, so to speak.  Wanted to live the good life. No responsibilities.

Immunity from prosecution occurs when a prosecutor grants immunity, usually to a witness in exchange for testimony or production of other evidence. In states where a defendant has a right to testify on his own behalf at a grand jury proceeding, waiver of immunity is invariably a condition of that right.

If I were a man on the jury, I could not help but sit there thinking "Holy crapola, if all it takes to prove a man molested a woman is to just SAY it happened without any proof of any kind, then all of mankind has got some serious, legitimate concerns!"

I see your point.  However ... it should be understood a pedophile within the family unit does not sexually abuse his victim in front of witnesses.  This pedophile has the ability to control ... to silence his victim through various threats and promises.  A pedophile can convince a victim that speaking out would destroy the famly unit and ... if that happened if would be all her fault. A pedophile can cpnvince his victim that she will not be believed if she speaks out.

I am thankful that children today are being empowered at an early age through education not to be intimidated by ANYONE who touches them inappropriately.

Not sure, ppl on this board were discussing the pavers that were found in the woods.
Remember there was animals around digging and moving her body.  Was sped all over.  That sounds gross, sry.

I don't recall that there were any paver stones with the remains.

There was a little pile of pavers in close proximity - like someone threw leftover stones away...in the vacinity...but not close enough to be considered with the remains.

Changes in a Corpse from Two Days to a Week after Death
Michael Dunn states that putrefaction of body tissue begins after about two days. Refrigeration can delay this and very hot dry air will dry out the body and mummify it. Embalming will preserve a body for a limited length of time. If a body is left untreated at room temperature, it will go through the following stages:

From this pic evidently Casey was known for her abilities in that area..and prided herself enough on that fact to have a picture taken. If I was the other girl they were obviously sending the pic to..possibly an ex girlfriend of this guy..I would be delighted I was no longer associated with him or these women.

I have almost gotten caught up.  Couple of questions before going to bed.  Are they going to take up the Lippman's motion at 8:30 Tuesday morning, and did the state get done with Cindy Anthony or will she be up again with the state before being crossed (bullied) by Bozo? 

I have never followed a murder case on television and I'm am so confused.  Are all defense attorney's as arrogant as Bozo?  I get happy and then depressed.  I don't know if I will be able to watch it all.  I will try to follow on here and watch on t.v. but my priority is my granddaughter since preschool will be out Tuesday.
