Said that first day they got her out on bail, he saw problems immediately and it continued on the entire time they were around her.

Beth Karas of Insession/HLN is stating that she thinks the defense putting the form fitting shirt on Casey to pull that stunt was good....I strongly disagree, it was ridiculous & in the end is totally irrelevant to the charge of felony murder Casey is on trial for.   I dont give a flip what allegations Casey & her defense team has lodged, Cindy's perceptions or recognition of her daughter's late teen unwed pregnancy have nothing to do with the actions Casey took before or after Caylee's murder.  Its Bozo eluding to the fact that the family had something to hide...Ill tell you this if Casey gets on that stand and flat out states that her father raped her this jury will give her the needle as opposed to save her from it...there is NOTHING that backs this up & its very cruel to do to victims in this case -- whether you care for the Anthonys or not & Ive been very harsh regarding most of their pretrial behavior as well, it is just despicable to make these allegations even if it is to save your own skin.

I don't think their attorney will tolerate this. There may not be anything he can do about opening statements but he can make an example of her and that is exactly what I would do if I were him.

No, he will not & honestly I never thought Id side with the Anthonys over anything but I do on this most definitely.

Casey was not a mother to Caylee. She was very irrisponsible, this case painted a very ugly picture of her as she pretended to be a loving mother when convenient to her. Everything was for herself..

So Casey actually printed out Any's resume. Why? It's not like she really worked at Universal. Could it be she was planning on assuming Amy's identity and skipping town? Perhaps Amy might have conveniently disappeared if Cindy hadn't intervened. A new Amy probably would have showed up in California or some other location, replete with resume, identity, passport. Casey's identity was in her car. Casey was set to become a missing person along with her dead daughter.

I just got chills!  Definite possibility!

I had thought from the beginning that was exactly what she was going to do. I said when she stole the money from Amy that she had intentions of getting enough from her and Cindy's account to get a plane ticket to go stay with Mark. I think that was why she started texting and calling Mark again. She told a number of people she was going to rent a car, but there is no way she could have rented a car without a credit card which she did not have personally & you can't use someone else's credit card. I think she tried with Cindy's but it didn't work,(just my idea here)  so she was going to use a full identity from one of her friends, most likely Amy's. It all just went down too fast when Cindy caught up with her for her to be able to pull it off. She thought she had more time and she was going to play Tony as long as possible. It may even be that her plan fell through when Tony did tell her he loved her, so she wanted to stay.

Actually Casey said..that she had Amy's resume because she was ging to get Amy a job at Universal or one of it's companies.

However I think she had it because she was going to assume Amy's ID..and yes she was planning to go see Mark..that will be collaborated by Mark's mother's testimony..since she ran into Mark's mother on one of her many shopping trips and told she was going to see Mark and had been talking to him.

She was biding her time, I think, until August when Tony was going to move into the new place..she hadn't been asked to move whenever the subject came up.

Casey was definitely going to kill again..she had one kill under her belt and she was going after a second in short order...who..Cindy.  The house was in Cindy's name and I think she thought if she could get rid of Cindy the house would be hers.  Unfortunately..I doubt that is the case.  If Cindy had a will it was going to be left more then likely to George..and if not George , then to both she and Lee.  I think she thought Kill Cindy..get the house titled in her name, then kick George out...

 Amy's testimony went a long way toward motive. amy  said that Casey was often not able to go out because she had no one to watch Caylee.

Just one more thing..did anyne else notice how many doors Baez opened in his cross with Cindy that he will not be able to shut later.  Wow what a list..he brought up Dom Casey working with Cindy..she turned the tables on him and said he worked for you and left due to a misunderstanding(..ah..can we say Baez never paid the man) and then he came to volunteer to help us.  Good girl Cindy..Dom Casey's testimony will now be allowed..and it can not go to work product as Baez fought for for so long.  He opened that door...and tht door will be a doosey.

He opened the door for all her lies and her character.so no longer can he claim character assasination as a grounds for not allowing in certain evidence.

He opened the door for the felonies and any records that ensue from those..and any testimony per those..I know he'll lose that motion to keep them out tomorrow.

And I agree that he has done some lousy lawyering in this case..but that will not fly for an appeal.  He is sitting in the courtroom with Mason, Simms, and from what I have seen written, sorry no link it was on the first day..11 total people on the defense side..that means they are there to assist him..rather it is pull records..remind him of something he missed whatever.. and most are assistant lawyers..so I guess that's just 1 more very good day for the prosecution and one very bad day for the defense.

bozo did  a huge no no  Unless Judge Perry is persuaded by Baez in the morning, (which is highly unlikely) the jury will now look at Casey in a completely different way. Why am I not shocked by Baez's repeptitive screw ups ?
This was a devestating move by Baez.
