Caylee Marie Anthony-MURDER TRIAL-DAY 6 - 5/31/2011

My apologies if I'm messing up by writing this here but it is before the trial starts for the day. I am hoping it gets someone's attention whose memory is better than mine.

Something has been hauntingly on my mind since the other day with Tony testified and I want to see if anyone else remembers this or if this case has truly driven me bonkers.

I don't recall if it was in testimony or in text messages or what but very early on in the investigation, I remember talk about Tony and whether or not he wanted children.  He made some off-the-cuff remark that he didn't want daughters.  Does anyone else remember that? Seems like he went on to explain that he had sisters and knew what trouble girls were or something like that.

Anyway, since the defense so proudly brought out that Casey loved Tony and Tony loved Casey, I'm wondering why that comment can't be used to show motive for Casey getting rid of Caylee...a "daughter".

It just really struck me as an obvious motive especially when the comment about no daughters is somewhere on the record.  Does anyone else remember this at all?

I just can't get this thought out of my brain and although I have searched extensively for the last hour, I cannot find where I read it.  However, I am 99% sure that I remember it because I recall commenting to my husband that I wondered if Tony ever felt guilty for making that statement about daughters to Casey.

Lazzaro told investigators that Caylee was “great” but he did remember telling Casey that he wanted to have sons, because his little sisters taught him how tough it is to raise girls.

Casey's Brother Files Motion To Be In Courtroom For Trial

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony will be back in an Orange County courtroom for day 17 of her murder trial on Tuesday, and her brother is asking the judge for permission to be in court.

A motion was filed over the weekend by Casey's brother, Lee Anthony, who is also a witness in the case. His attorney, Mark Lippman, who is also representing George and Cindy Anthony, will petition the judge on Tuesday to allow Lee Anthony to sit in on the trial and hear testimony from other witnesses. Typically, witnesses aren't allowed to be in court to hear other testimony.

Lee Anthony is hoping Judge Belvin Perry will allow him to sit in the courtroom, just as his parents have been allowed to.

  Casey is used to getting her own way--she thinks she talk her way out of anything--she will never take a plea-  if she took a plea off to jail--out of the spot light -no thats not the kc we all know and hate.  She loves being in the center of attention- Kc and Bozo-the perfect match-KC is his claim to fame--he will see her die before he gives up his day in the sun
