The state wouldn't have tried it as a death penalty case if they didn't think they could
definately prove it.  IMO

I am thinking the same, Magnolia.  The state is seeking death for a reason.  They must feel they have a strong enough case to prove Caylee's death was no accident.

BTW......I was strangely impressed when Cindy gestured & told Casey to turn to the side to look @ her profile.....I think Cindy took advantage of the rare opportunity to humiliate KC! 

The first time I saw it, I didn't see Cindy telling her to spin. LOL.  Then, I saw Cindy directing her, then get up there and say she wasn't AS big as when she was pregnant.  OMG.  ICA was so mad!!

It was great!!

I must be tired... no pun intended but I dont get it.. how she wasnt as big as when she was pregnant.. someone in kindergarten style lol cuz I dont get it,

Cindy looked at Casey and said something like, "She's not as big as she was when she was pregnant" today when Jose had Casey stand up so her mother could see her belly.  It totally pizzed KC off.

i don't care what that wendy murphy's credentials are...the jury isn't made up of a bunch of law professors that are going to analyze every single iota of all the legal aspects.  im sorry but they are going to go with what is logical and what makes sense and not over analyze to the nth degree.  people are convicted on circumstantial evidence all the time. i guess the name scott peterson doesn't ring a bell for Ms. Murphy

I just heard that too and that there is reasonable doubt because they don't have cause of death.  How about duct tape over both her nose and her mouth?  Still in place, after months in a wet, dark swamp.  Who else would put duct tape on Caylee?  How about the huge amount of chloroform found in the trunk?  She is also saying that their is not even a remote chance that Casey would testify.  She said the state better have more than they said in the opening statements.  She thinks the state better have "nefarious" places that Casey took Caylee during the time she should have been working.  I am in shock.  Yikes!!!!!!!!!!

Does this have to turn into a sex crime murder to get Casey convicted?  I am so confused.  Yay, Blink is on next.  Now time for some common Monkey sense.

Quite a few pundits do not seem to know what they are talking about in this case, yet they are still flapping their jaws so she has a good bit of company.   There is no flippin way she is getting acquitted.

I believe that the heat is too intense in May and June in Florida.  Caylee would
have died from the heat in the trunk of that car. IMO
