I think the defense plan has and will continue failing, but with that said I doubt KC will receive a death sentence. With Cindy A having been the person who initially got this ball rolling combined with her & GA having already lost a grandchild I'd bet the jury will spare KC for their sake.

I am just sick! My computer monitor died at work today! Guess that is the punishment I get for watching the trial while working.   

Got a question for all of you monkeys: My DH swears up and down that Casey didn't act alone. He thinks that Tony L. was involved and now that I have heard the tapes again where she keeps wanting Tony's phone number I wonder if any of you think he could have been involved or at least helped dispose of her body? Am I crazy or didn't I hear the next door neighbor that she borrowed the shovel from mention seeing a guy at the Anthony house one of the times that she had the car backed up into the garage?

Hi Ramblin Rose, I don't think for a minute Tony assisted Casey in any way

The shovel incident was one incident.

The car backed into the garage was another day.  Tony helped Casey to get gas cans in George's garage.

From seeing Tony on the witness stand, I think he is disgusted with Casey.

Sorry to ask but does anyone have an idea of which part of the 11 or 12 videos from today has the part where Cindy asked Casey to turn to the side? I missed some today at work and have family in town from Texas so trying to catch up without being rude and ignoring them too much.

IM I am thinking it was between 1:45 and 3:00 , that is about as close as I can remember. I fell asleep and missed some between 3:30 and 4 so I know it was before then.

Thanks  Any clue what part of the day.......I have already been in my room pretending to take a nap for 90 minutes, not sure I can watch all of them without family figuring out I am catching up on the case LOL. It's amazing when the men I work with ask me to turn up the volume so they can hear the trial, amazing and sad.
