Casey's hair is gonna be greasy by lunch if she doesn't quit stroking it.  Lunch time hair change will beg to have those bangs combed back.  The grease alone will hold them in place.

I saw a small on horseface, and when cindy took the stand, they made eye contact and both smiled at each other (though not a huge smile, I took it from ICA's expression she feels better about cindy).  I don't trust these idiots at all.  Listening to cindy this morning, I'm not liking what I hear. Mr Lippman is up representing Lee Anthony, he has a motion to keep him from being sequestered.  Mason objects.  Lippman has the same arguments as with Cindy and George.  Asks had Lee been deposed by the defense?  No.  Defense did not want to take his deposition.  The state has taken it.  Lee did give a written report to LE.  Mason wants Lee out because he is a witness and because he is only the uncle, an uncle is not next of kin.  Mumbles on and on.........how many more next of kin are going to show up, they could fill a courtroom full of them.  Oh brother.  Maybe fill a courtroom with Casey's boyfriends but not next of kin.  Wants Judge Perry to draw a line.  Says JBP should of not let George and Cindy in, they have heard everything and been called and recalled.  They should have no rights, it doesn't outweigh Casey's right to a fair trial.  Mason is citing law.  Who's rights are more important the victim's next of kin or the defendant?  Judge says, when Lee gave his depo, the defense was there, Mr Baez did cross examination.  Baez only asked Lee, did Casey ever tell you anything about an accident, a death, a murder?  Lee mostly testified to his search, the computer and after Caylee went missing.  Mason says Lee was acting as an agent of the police.  He doesn't know what else the state is going to ask him.  Lippman has more law about next of kin, it is not confined in criminal sequestration, only in victim.  Uncles should be allowed in.  Judge says Lee Anthony's testimony won't be colored by listening, he is in.

George's Grand Jury testimony will not be allowed in.  It is no different than what he has said during this trial.

Figures I think they might like me up in those rafters..LOL so how many feels as tho Cindy seen the video and seen what Casey said after she left court and now Cindy feels that she has to protect Casey again..that she let her down..it's the tone in Cindy's voice that gives me this indication along with facial expressions.

They are discussing her 7/3 letter, I agree there is concern but I think George & Cindy are saying that while they didnt see them they didnt know Caylee was "missing" prior to 7/15.    Ive hoped but I agree there is concern that they are still protecting her to a degree.

Cindy's testimony just shows how selfish Casey is - she tortured Cindy about Caylee.  Totally used both of them.  It is apparent her lies were so self serving and not to protect Cindy.
