This is definitely a different Cindy than Saturday. I suspect a long phone conversation took place over the holiday weekend between Cindy & Casey

i personally think that cindy is trying very hard to make sure the jurors know that they didn't think caylee was actually, technically "Missing" and i think thats why her testimony right now might come off like she's trying to protect kc a little. i dont think she is imo

IMO, Cindy's candy coating her posting on facebook and her discussions with Casey about it.
That's my thought and I thought she was doing it because she seen Casey's meltdown and now figures she's gotta help Casey again..

I don't anticipate good things from Lee now either.  I seriously have never seen a more twisted screwed up family.  They make me so sick.  I don't buy any of this crap that they've had a change of heart.  I'm back to thinking this is all a defense ploy.  Horseface got to her mommy yesterday.  I wonder if she has 666 tattooed on her ugly self.

Casey's lies are just, dare I say it?, unbelieveable...So convoluted, so packed with minute details...I can almost see the defense's point, Casey's world is so bizarre.

I think no matter what she tries to pull off I think Linda will nail her.

do i hear slight fudging today?

I'd say more than slight. Judgeing from Cindy's post, there's no way the ensuing conversation was cordial, but according to Cindy it was nothing short of inspirational and touching (my words, not hers).   Rolling Eyes

When my daughter was little she had a pretend family; Mom, dad and they had two kids.  The story Casey told Cindy with all these make believe people reminds me of a kid who has pretend friends.  How did Casey keep all these pretend people straight?

I don't think Cindy thought that Caylee was really missing missing.  I think deep down she knew casey was avoiding her but if Cindy thought Caylee was in harm, I believe she would have done something as soon as she thought that.  I just don't think she thought Casey was a killer.  If she was wrong, Casey could have potentially prevented her from ever seeing Caylee.   I think that was part of the walking on egg shells.

Cindy definitely watched the news about Caseys meltdown as she came in she looked over at Casey and then when she got on the stand she looked over there and gave a half smile

Believe it or not, this delusional type of testimony from Cindy may be good for the prosecution because anyone listening that isn't an Anthony will get irritated with Cindy's desperate need to believe Casey's lies. It's subtle but allows the evidence of the manipulative control Casey had over her family to lodge in the brains of the jurors.

Me, too.  I think both Cindy and Casey thought Casey would hook up with someone who would sweep Casey off her feet, (not hard to do, obviously,) and take care of her forever, buying into the Cinderella fairy tale.

I think the state can handle Cindy either way.
