Cindy's July 29 deposition: Linda points out that Cindy did not admit to putting dryer sheets in car. Cindy now "remembers" doing it.

Jose wants another sidebar, JP says no.

Telling....shes admitting what she did....Cindy is explaining that back then she told them it was because she was under stress & on two medications.  At the time of her deposition she was tired, not sleeping.   Later on her memory increased.    Interesting

So if a witness is impeached then the testimony is thrown out right? Why would the state want to show her as a liar?

Cindy: I've had flashbacks of that day (cleaning out the car) and was in a transition between medications and very tired.

I hope if Cindy does lie for Casey the jury will look at it in the mindset - geez casey had unending support from her family and still does.

I think they want to show that Cindy is capable of colring her testimony to help KC. JMO.
