Cindy's relaying the initial conversation with KC at Tony's apt. Tony testified to "yelling" at that time. Cindy's not portraying it that way. The jury should pick up on that.

I see what you're saying, but I was thinking that perhaps to keep Cindy's credibility it might help to say she wasn't concerned enough about a "dead body" to call 911 until encouraged to do so. But I guess that could go the other way, too.

In regards to the loss of your posts, would it be easier to type it on the computer,  save every few paragra[hs then copy and paste to the post?  I know I HAVE to do that for long entries on other projects.  Just a thought.
