Linda was trying to get George's reaction from Cindy and she almost went there. She did say he was shocked and holding her up. She began to repeat a verbal response by George, but objection was sustained.

Yea, I don't get that! They let her say what she overheard Casey saying to Lee! But not what her husband said to her!?

They can testify to things that Casey has said but generally not to things other people say.  What Casey says is an exception to the hearsay rule - admissions by a party opponent.

I don;t love Cindy but she is truly in pain.  What I am more efected by and have tears for is the beotch having absolutely no problem putting her family through this. 

At this point, the jury knows that Caylee died 31 days before all this happened and yet she allowed her family to go through this over and over again.

Some of you have a lot more compassion for Cindy than I do.  It's hard for me to put aside her 3 years of lying and living off of a fraudation and blood money.  I may feel a little sorry for her if she doesn't again say she said that "smells like a dead body has been in the damn car" just to get them there in a hurry. 

She said it.  What she can't do is UNsay it.

I feel the same way.  I can't forget her statements and actions during the Morgan depos and in her front yard with the hammer and all of the lies she's told over three years.  And especially, "You are all maggots.  Get off your asses and find my granddaughter." And Tim Milller trying to help and being insulted.  etc. etc. etc.

That Cindy I will never have any sympathy for..

you're welcome.  They can occasionally testify to other things that people have said outside of court but it has to fall under an exception to the hearsay rule.  Hearsay is: a statement made out of court that is being offered for the truth of the matter asserted.
