My personal opinion of Steph Watts is that he is a weasely, lying opportunist.

 

OK....... I have to ask...... Sunny? Was it Steph Watts with Tim when they trashed Beth?? Maybe I'm thinking of someone else, but that's the name that sticks in my head. If so, he's a real slimy SOB in my book! TIA, Sunny! 

 

OK, I'm just going to say it.  Tim Miller's excuse is alcohol (I don't think he's ever been able to get over his daughters murder).  Steph Watt's excuse is greed.

crafty cathie, if you are reading, i throughly enjoyed your blog. thank you for taking the time to take the pictures and write up the experience for us. i also enjoyed reading the rest of your blog topics you are very talented

i also wanted to say that i really like the anthony's attorney, Mark Lippman.  I honestly believe he is looking out for their best interests and has finally helped them see the "light" so to speak.  i think lee will be called to the stand tomorrow after amy huizenga. i think the state will be very careful with exactly what they question him with at this point in the trial and i do not expect any "bombshells" to be revealed in lee's testimony that could possibly help the defense in anyway.  If anything i think he will help the state.  Seeing what casey did to her mother on the stand today erased any doubt in my mind that Lee won't do the right thing for his niece, for his parents, for himself, for mallory, and for his future children.  i think he is done with Casey.

to answer your question about Lee.  If he was older than 14, I think it would have some influence on the jury.  If she was over 14, I say she probably liked it.  It would not surprise me if those two had consensual sex as teens.  I know that sounds gross, but this family is twisted.  There had to be some reason why they tested Lee's DNA and why he didn't deny and instead said he'd answer at another time.

I don't know what's wrong with Mallory because I cannot fathom finding LA attractive in any way.  He is emotionally stunted, or has some sort of disorder IMO.  I'm not being ugly, just sayin' it like I see it.

Monkeys, me thinks there is going to have to be much testimony about the condition of the Caylee's body.  Med Examiners will know whether KC tried to burn her or not, or other things about her body, right?  I mean, is it that some details haven't been made public yet or is it that Caylee's body was so far decomposed that Dr. G told us all she could?  Is part of her cause of death still sealed at all?  this monkey cannot remember

It's so hard to say since Caylee's body was reduced to scattered bones. We may never know how she died, although in my mind I would like to believe it was quick and relatively painless, like I said in my mind...I don't believe it was a drowning, or any other accident resulting in death.

There's been some discussion off and on about what Casey had done with the body. We know there was a dead body in her pontiac, cadaver dog hits in the yard, borrowed shovels, gas cans, plumbing problems and there have been questions about the family freezer in the A's garage. I doubt Caylee's body was hidden in the yard, but have no doubt that the body was moved around the yard while Casey attempted to dig a hole, or decide what to do next.

I have never seen it posted here, or anywhere else for that matter and it only dawned on me today...what if Caylee was throwing a tantrum, demanding attention and distracting Casey from her phone. texting and social networking activities that we all know were all consuming? I'm wondering if Casey "placed" a live Caylee in the freezer...a child in a locked freezer, in a locked garage, with ac running would not only be out of sight, but her cries and screams would  go unheard...I don't really understand the time line..baby dies on the 16th, the shovel on the 17th or 18th, plastered squirrel excuse around the 20th, gas can episode with George on the 24th, car towed from Amscot on the 30th and we have forensic evidence that the body was in the car for approximately 2.6 days. I think the body was preserved for some period during the time frame between June 16-30... sorry, just thinking out loud.

i think the theory the state is going with, that does fit the evidence is that casey prob drugged her up with chloroform to ensure she fell asleep, and then right after she fell asleep i think she put the duct tape on her to suffocate her.  i do not believe that caylee felt any physical pain at the actual moment of her death, at least that's what i tell myself to feel better

i think at this point there's nothing the defense can say or do during this trial that will upright their sinking ship of a defense team.  i think the jury already has her convicted in their minds.

That is horrible to think about... but feasible. I feel like anything is possible with ICA.

Has this question been answered  before?

- since there is no nanny, since Cindy did not always have Caylee, where was that child for hours, days, evenings, on end?   With all of the publicity anyone caring for the child would have come forward or at the very least brought into the case via KC.

-has anyone even asked KC where this child was during the times before her death?
