5:30 Court time:

Judge has taken the bench, Mr Ashton is arguing Huggins v State:
Punitive father of Ms Caylee?  Is proof that Ms Casey is not truthful.  Judge says we are dealing with more imaginary people?  Also dealing with all of the dealings with Jeff Hopkins and Mr Baker, is any of this true? Is Mr Baker in fact the father of Caylee?  The defense is saying they are not saying any of this is true or exculpatory at this time.  Judge is giving them case law. Again the Huggins Case.  Wereley was written by District Court of Appeals Judge Poston, who now sits on the Florida Supreme Court, Judge wants them to be very careful of it.  The matter is now over for the day, the State will bring it up again later if need be.

The Judge thanks the court staff for working late with the state and the defense over this matter, the last email was at 10:30pm last night.

Seems as though Casey has everyone, including the judge, the state her own defense and the REST OF THE WORLD, confused with her imaginary people. 

Court is in recess till 9:00am

Seems as though that whole morning fiasco and all of that late night court staff could of been avoided.  All the defense has to do is make out a list of real people and a list of imaginary people.  Then the judge and the state can decide who is actually going to be able to testify or add to the truth to the matter.  If not they are going to have to keep finding someone, like Cindy, George, Lee, Mallory, Amy on and on and etc, etc. to testify to lies that have been told by Casey.  No one is ever going to appeal this case unless they can find Santa Claus the Easter Bunny or the Tooth Fairy to hear it.

Wanted to post this to show a good perspective shot of the court room. When the witness is on the stand, the jury is to his/her right, the Judge and Defense team are on the left.

I think they dropped it because thier case is going very well and they dont want to screw it up. Knowing how inept Bozo is, they will MOST CERTAINLY have another opportunity to bring it in with less risk
