Yes, it was Ricardo and yes, we would all like to know what she did with Caylee that night. 

Yeah, I REALLY want to know!  I think she drugged her and put her in the trunk of her car but that's just me.  And lots of other people.  I hope a big deal is made of this as it could lead to cause of death.

Yes that was June 9. She moved in with Tony the next day. She said Cindy asked her to bring Caylee to her. I hope the prosecution doesn't miss that question to Cindy !

OH I agree Anna the only thing that stops me from thinking it's the trunk of the car is the heat in Florida, even at night.   I'll have to check the weather back then.

It's obvious baez is not going to stop attacking witnesses. Why do I watch it? It only makes me mad! 

If I were related to baez I would disown him! I would legally divorce him as a relative and change my last name! I feel so sorry for his family...unless they're proud of him and in which case I'd want to divorce myself from that family even faster!!

How is it allowed that an attorney can attack someone's character rather than the evidence like he's doing?

Is there any chance Amy could sue Baez for bringing her drinking into this for the whole world to see? If ZFG can sue kc like she has, can Amy claim the accusations he made about her while on the stand hurt her chances for a good job? Trial or no trial, it's him saying she's something she's not.

I cant be sure but I think and assume that it was something to do with her job. Alot of these witneses from out of state... since left town after casey was arrested for jobs sake and otherwise. and are worried about  their jobs!

Baez tried to make Amy seem like a drunk with a possible head injury and a boyfriend stealer. So Baez was being his usual smarmy self. Amy held her own ground and came off as a young woman that partied but seemed to still have an education, a job and a life. Something that Casey has never had, except in her head.

Honestly, could he be held in contempt for some of his tactics? Never has a file; keeps saying he's done questioning but then walks back up and asks more questions; and the way he rolled his eyes and such at the judge today made me wonder how he can be so disrespectful and get away with it?

I read about the nilton diaz man .. that jose represented. He was found guilty! baez held out information to the state! because he wanted to surprise them.. trial by ambush did not work.. the man was very upset.. hollered ineffective counsel... I dont remember but I seem to recall that baez came back with a snark about that.

so when this case ends and casey goes to the skank tank she is going to curse baez!!

You see................. this is where Baez is messing up!!! Casey WILL turn on him after she is convicted. She will claim Bozo LIED -- he could get disbarred.

I hate to type this, even think about it... but I do think our precious Caylee slept in the trunk for part of that night.  Doesn't seem to be any other explanation.
