Let's see how Lee reacts to being asked if he molested (or tried to) KC?

What I wonder.. if he ever tried to touch or grab her inappropriately.. as a joke, being a stupid kid, out of curiosity...  all he has to do is admit anything at all of the sort, and it makes it seem more likely to the jury that George may have molested her..  even if Lee didn't actually "molest" her.

last night either on NG or Jane they said that he would come in with a flashlight and in the morning she would wake up and her bra would be around her neck or the clasps would be undone

I wasn't aware that sports bras (which Casey claimed to wear @ night) had clasps.

good point then that could show she lied of course she is saying when she was little like 8 or 9

Whether he likes it or not, Lee is married to what the State has in their depos.
I like that they keep referring to what he prev said. He looks so uncomfortable.
Not going to be easy to drag anything out of him and eveything that he does give to the prosecution is going to be done in spite of what he feels.

neither do I and I wonder what some of you are seeing that I am not.   think he is just answering the questions.

i think he's just trying to answer the questions too. and he has to be completely honest and go by what's in his depos.  i wonder if the defense can bring up the fact that he has immunity

I hope that I am wrong but I see the protecting when he says things like he couldn't remember the spiteful bit*h comment.  I find that hard to believe but I hope I am wrong and it is him being nervous.

He's really aged too......KC is toxic!

That's what I was trying to imply.  He doesn't seem to remember much and needs shown his deposition throughout the questioning.  He has got really gray and looks way older than 26...I'd say 46 LOL.

I don't know many 8-9 yr olds wearing sports bras, much less regular bras.  Training bras, maybe.. not generally not to bed.

The testimony today seems like pulling teeth. Between Mr. George, Lee and Simms, it's going to be a long day. I'll bet the jury is feeling it too.

Lee has an unusualness about him.  Many Monkeys think he may have aspergers syndrome. 

He seems uneasy and restless today.  I think Jeff has the expertise and finess to put him at ease and continue on with the tough questions. 

I wish Jeff and Linda were doing this important questioning.  Maybe their forcus will be nmore on the forensic material.

Interesting..  my son has Autism- high functioning.  I haven't given Aspergers much thought when it comes to Lee - actually, it never occurred to me - but maybe?  My experience with kids with Aspergers/HFA is that they have very good memories.  Now there may be trouble with expressing what it is that he wants to say, or his translation of what is being asked of him.. 

Good to see you back in the cage these days.  Yes, I remember you speaking of your son a few years ago.  Perhaps you can watch Lee's testimony now, with that in mind.  I also believe these children have very high I. Q.'s

I doubt it will seem/sound as believable as when George said no.  Even if he's telling the truth.
