Agree.  I'm sure she's totally exhausted...not to forget that IMO, yesterday, was "the" day she finally accepted what KC has done - that acceptance came with her testifying to the court.

Casey Anthony's brother testified Wednesday about a "combative" confrontation between his mother and sister on the night of July 15, just before his 2-year-old niece Caylee's disappearance a month earlier was reported to police.

Lee Anthony told jurors in his sister's capital murder trial he arrived at his parents' house after being contacted by his father and asked to go. He said shortly after he arrived about 8 p.m., his mother Cindy Anthony came home, with his sister in tow.

The two were arguing about Caylee's whereabouts, Lee Anthony said. At that point, according to Cindy Anthony's previous testimony, she had not seen her daughter or granddaughter for weeks. She testified she found her daughter only after contacting a friend and being led to the home of Casey Anthony's then-boyfriend.

June 9 Casey and Caylee spent their last night at Ricardo’s. Tony Lazzaro states that Casey lived with him June 9 through July 16, the day she was arrested. Caylee was not there with them, Casey repeated saying she was with the nanny or grandparents.

I remember Tony didn't want kids, and Casey textin tony saying Caylee was a snot nose brat.

Yes, Ricardo said that Caylee and Casey were BOTH there when he went to sleep.  When he awoke the next morning, Caylee was gone.  Casey told him that her Mother called in the night and she took her home. 

Casey's mothers home, "the trunk".....??

I would like to know if any LE officer noticed the foul odor emitting from Casey's vehicle ... the foul odor that George, Cindy and Lee all acknowledge ... the foul order that Casey's parents both recognized as the smell of death.

Considering Casey was handcuffed and questioned on June 15th in regards to her missing daughter ... I believe the odor should have dictated the vehicle was immediately determined as a crime scene until a search warrant/compound order could be served ... the odor that Cindy had described to the 911 operator as a "dead body in the damn car".

The lapse in time implied that Cindy's cleaning spree destroyed a lot of crucial evidence from within that trunk.

Janet, I think Lee said the car was in the garage. The police officers went thru the front door of the house. But Lee mentioned the odor when he came thru the garage into the house.
Hopefully we'll get to when does LE get to the car ? Before dinner time. Today. 2011.

I wonder if she will though, say she called and wanted Caylee middle of night. What grandmother does that.

In  not addressing the molestation accusations at this time, it lessens the impact IMO.  It is not linked to what they are discussing now and the more attention given to it, the more circus-like this becomes.  That would be giving Baez EXACTLY what he wants.

Casey's defense is the most unbelievable crock I have ever heard, they might as well have used "the twinkie defense" it might have been a little more believable. This trial is such a waste of taxpayers $.

Jean C. on INSession just said that the woman juror who said she can not judge.....spends the most time of them all, looking at Casey.   Good sign to me.
