Trying to listen to KC's taped discussion with the detective....the jury now sees first had how unbelievably well she lies.  I honestly do not know anyone capable of lying so well.  It's as if she is not living in the same world as we are.

I heard on insession that the statement that tony made about george NOT being the person that sexually abused casey was not going to be heard by the juror's can someone tell me why??? I don't understand that

Because it goes to heresay evidence..It is something that Casey told Tony, "the secret".  Therefore as heresay from the defendant ...it can not come in at this time.
 

There was a lot of hearsay heard from Lee Anthony's lips this morning that was allowed ... hearsy in regards to what Cindy said and did on the evening of July 15th at the Anthony's residence.

And thinks well under pressure! I'm of the strong opinion that she'll be good on the witness stand if she testifies.............. as long as the defense is doing the questioning.

The State should be able to destroy her, but it's not a piece of cake, IMO. I'm glad they are as good as they are.

I love hearing how politely Casey was treated.  She had nice friends, her parents supported her, the police were kind to her - it all makes her look that much worse.  If there was an accident can you imagine telling these extensive lies to this guy when being questioned alone rather than saying - I can't talk to you around my parents but she drowned and it was an accident, etc.
