Yes, remember when he broke his leg?  Well, I'm assuming that Tricia contacted him and told him that WS would love to talk to him about his leg.     I remember saying at the time I didn't think it was a good idea. 

Never, even if he was told it would be completely irrelevant to the case.   Not advisable until a case is resolved.

I wanted to share something I thought about before.

I am worried she will be found innocent.

Then, I thought of Jessica Lunsford and her killer, John Couey.  Yes, he buried her outside his house, but the man sat there and colored throughout his trial and that jury found him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and I think he clearly had mental issues (none that excuse murder IMO). 

They will find her guilty.

Considering the incompetence of the defence attorney ... is it possible if Casey does receive the death penalty or LWOP ... she can appeal that decision.  In other words ... will we be going through this trial process again in the future?

Yes and No.

Yes, she can appeal.

But before the appeal is heard and a new hearing held a panel of judges will look over her claims..and her having an incompettent attorney won't float..she has 6 attorney's there today..she has plenty of legal help..and has been in court for every motion since day one..for that reason.

So no she will not win a new trial on appeal due to bad lawyering..she has 6.

In all due respect to the Defendant's Counsel....according to your aforementioned statement  ..the only thing that is sticking at this point is Byazz...so I must conclude that he is a piece of ________!!!   Do you agree?

The first day in court the dufense had 11 lawyers there.  No way can ICA say she had ineffective council  Especially since she has been declared indigent.  Show me any other indigent defendant that gets this much representation  with two of the said lawyers being DP qualified.
