LOL..Baez should not have bothered with that recross.  He just pushed the point home even more that they offerred Casey many scenerios in which this could have taken place, some terrible,  horrible..and she still didn't admit to an accident.   That makes Baez and Casey look stupid..if it wasn't terrible, horrible and was an accident ..that would have been the time to fess up to LE.

Oh the jurors will have lots to contemplate this evening.  I think the timing by the State is "absolutely" (remember we all swore we would never use that word again?) PERFECT.  They know how to present and leave the jury with lots to ponder on every day.  I continue to be so impressed with them.

I agree... but can't you imagine the MOUNTAIN of info in the case?? Wow..  I think it would be a challenge for most peeps.  (And I'm not at all defending him.. it just blows me away the how well the prosecution is doing vs the defense in this matter.)
