Cappy, can you explain the POA? If it was Baez that worked out the deal with Casey for that $200+ sale to fund her defense, Cindy couldn't be held responsible for those taxes...right? 

To my knowledge, with Casey in jail her attorney would be holding it in escrow & since she cannot he would be responsible for its tax responsibility, so no.

Also, Cindy's POA would have nothing to do with Casey's income

Who is Patrick?  Why did he visit her...is he even real?

Once the case started making it's way around the media circuit, Patrick Bougeois, a guy KC went to middle school with shows up at the jail and basically says he believes her.  Probably he thought she was hot and wanted a chance with her once she got out of the slammer, but that never happened.  It makes me so angry that KC tells Lee to go talk to him.  What for?!
