i have a tremendous amount of confidence and faith in the ability of the prosecutors and especially the judge but if she gets death, I am so worried that an appeallete court would lean towards remanding this b/c of how bad Baez screwed this up.  Does anyone know how the appellate court in that jurisdiction leans?

It is just scary being able to listen to the jury selection and knowing what these jurors have said what they need to convict it is just scary.
