If this is profound for us, imagine the jury
This is what drew in millions on this case. People always ask why are we so interested?  THIS IS WHY    It's mind boggling all these lies.

Yes she is done done done.  I have lots of hope after reading that article about the 'other' murder case that Bozo was the lawyer and the guy filed for an appeal based on ineffectiveness of counsel.  In that case...Bozo didn't turn over 'discovery/evidence' before the trial/discovery time limit that the guy said would have exonerated him.  Well, the guy is still in jail.  IMO the Appeals Court doesn't just kick a case back for retrial for each and every screw up.  They take the time & investigate the case to decide if that 'info/screw up' would have influenced the jury's decision.  Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I hope I shortened this the right way.  I am mainly concerned that not filing to surpress these was such a HUGE screwup - so prejudicial that it could be an appeallable issue.  Not sure it is or would win, but really worries me.

Listening to Cindy here, I don't think she was buying what KC was selling. Notice how she keeps going back to the questions she wants answered.

OMG...you know we're almost like the same tiny person!  She's almost "my size" anyway!

And that right there shows her jealously.

I love this part~ Tia Torres told people Cindy was hospitalized for a mental condition.

Casey told someone that story if I recall correctly.

Bet Casey stole that Tiffany ring she claims she got from Jeff.

ohhhh I wonder if that was connected to the plumbing incident at the A's house in July 08???

Why would Cindy ask about it?

Just my thoughts..But I always thought that Cindy had found that ring..either during the plumbing incident..perhaps stuck in a rubber glove..or outside near the pavers in the playhouse area.

Why else would Cindy ask about that in particular?....it's odd.

Bill Sheaffer said the other day on tv that less than 1% of cases are appealed due to ineffective counsel.

You don't get an appeal just because you attorney is in idiot unless you file for ineffective counsel and that is determined. In this case, she was asked time after time if she was happy with her counsel and she always answered yes.
