This is so funny, it shows the police gave her EVERY chance to say, hey my daughter drowned or actually show them something they were missing.  The defense, I think mistakenly, acts like it was a big sting to set her lying bottom up when it actually shows it just the other.

Exactly. The defense, thus far anyway, has shown a very weak motive for not simply saying, "It was an accident. She drowned" Fear of judgement by her Mother is just not big enough compared to telling these lies under oath to police detectives, placed in police cars, and spending two years in jail so far with charges that could bring the death penalty.

He is trying to say that LE trapped his client & that they held her against her will without being Mirandized

The interview is coming in - I don't think the jury is going to understand the point of whether her miranda rights were read or not read other than to infer more impropriety by the police.  The defense loses credibility when they accuse EVERYBODY of some bad ulterior motive in regards to Casey.  They should save it for a couple key witnesses vs. everyone she knew.

I think the tide is going to start turning. Linda is making sure the jury knows that "SHE knew SHE wasn't an employee there. SHE knew she didn't have a job" Linda made it perfectly clear that CASEY is the one responsible for making false statements, instead of the defense attacking every witness and trying to make them look bad. I think it's going to start getting good and the prosecution will start making more statements like that to drive it home that all Casey is is a pathological, lying, sociopath!!!
