During lunch today, Mr. Lippman said that when the day comes that Baez is no longer an attorney, he will give his opinion of him.   Gee, I wonder if he knows something about that, Baez no longer being an atty. for much longer.

Maybe Lippman intends on filing a ton on complaints against Baez with the bar.

It is my belief that both Mark NeJame and Brad Conway filed bar complaints against him...so it wouldn't surprise me.  Which also means he has not been dealing with the family of Casey in a positive and legal way.

I was actually in one of Sally Karioth's audiences some years ago.  If my memory is correct, she is classified as a "motivational" speaker and talks about acceptance of grief (to death or severe disability) in humorous terms.  I cannot imagine that anything she would have much to add to this trial, especially if she never talks to the defendant. 

Maybe she is going to explain why ICA giggles on all of the videos like a stupid laughing hyena?  Sorry, I have done a lot of reading on Death & Dying myself and found it extremely valuable in my life.

Why does Lippman not challenge Baez in regards to the release of George's medical records?  Why does he not submit a motion?  Something is hinky?

If George had assisted casey in diposing of a drowned Caylee ---- why would he put her in casey's trunk for several days????????????????????????? The answer is ..... HE WOULDN'T!!!!

At least 4 from this case alone & there will be more.  Im not even sure if that counts the complaint he had early on in his "career" before this case & they were considering not letting him practice.

I've done a lot of reading too -- very valuable, including those with loved ones going through long periods of lingering, inevitable death.

I agree.

Nothing that may have happened to Casey in her childhood justifies harming a child.  She must be held accountable.  Justice for Caylee demands it.

However ... IF George dispicably betrayed Casey as a child as Baez's opening statement implied ... he also needs to be held responsible.  Justice for Casey demands it.

He wouldn't do that, nor would he then help conspire to make it all look like Casey did something...  chloroform and household weapons searches.. that wouldn't make any sense.  If he is protecting Casey, I don't see that as a viable option in making it look like a fake babysitter stole Caylee.

I would not be surprised if George had somehow agreed to release his medical records to Baez a year or so ago (when he was still thought Baez was their friend and casey was not gonna throw him under the bus).
