It is impossible to fathom the seemingly infinite number of lies Casey Anthony has told. She is getting no jury sympathy and must be looked at with total disdain by the jury, especially as these tapes and videos are presented. Usually the defense scores some points in creating reasonable doubt by this time. I see none.

Mark Lippman further comments on NG "You can see by their emotions in court they were very upset about having to testimony, we knew the defense about six weeks ago from the State how the defense was going to go & allege sexual molestation by George & Lee."   Mark Lippman then made the public statement we saw that George had nothing to do with sexual molestation but he didnt make the same for Lee because he wasnt representing him then but now he can say the same applies to Lee.

yup i think one of the smartest things the anthony's have done since this case started is hiring Lippman. He seems like a very good attorney who actually has his clients best interests at heart

Let's face it,

IF Baez has documentation that Casey had an STD and George also had an STD at the same time- that will totally destroy any credibility George has, the jury will then look upon Casey as a victim, again, putting Casey in the forefront, not Caylee.

This is exactly the "Ace in the hole" that Baez needs to level the playing field.

 

I don't see how they are necessarily connected and how is the defense would ever get that in.

IF Baez has the medical documentation showing both Casey and George had the same STD at the same time, that would imply that George and Casey were sexually active.  This would lend credibility to Baez's claim that Casey was sexually abused by George from a young age.

Then, Baez gets a few people to testify Casey was in the victim role and is afraid of George.

Baez may even go as far as saying Casey and George were messing around while Caylee drowned in the pool.

He's trying to keep that reasonable doubt in the jurors minds and he'll do it by side tracking the jurors and gaining their sympathy.

you can subpeona medical records - there are rules that go with it but they can be subpeonaed so george didn't necessarily agree to them but his attorney should have been notified that they were subpeonaed and could have had a hearing on it - at least in my state

While it is true you CAN subpoena records - you will not get them without a release or a court order. We ran into this problem all the time. In fact, in Michigan if you refuse to allow the records of an injury to be released when you are suing for the injury, all of the "proof" is disallowed and your case is dismissed.

Like someone else mentioned, if she was underage, I am sure it would have had to be reported. If was an adult and "messing around when Caylee drowned" that would be incest and not necessarily molestation. Just saying. I do not adhere to any of these theories. However, I will say it bothered me that George said, "Hello Gorgeous" to Casey when he and Cindy went to see her in prison. However, that might be normal father/daughter interactions. I personally couldn't say.

No, hearing will take place regarding them.   Its doubtful they will come in.

It is scheduled to be heard at 1 PM Saturday, after the 1/2-day trial.

No joke N & N....at about the 9:00 mark it sounds like he's ready to bust a gut.  When it happened real time it made me laugh hearing JA try to suppress it. Good times!!
