There's been numerous child/ internet articles that have covered things like unfriending/refriending being common with feuding teens, next time they need to include, "this trend has also been used by a foul mouthed, lead defense attorney with anger management issues, who is in the middle of poorly defending a nationally broadcasted death penalty case and chooses to be on facebook when he obviously needs to fire up a braincell and work on his defense."

I always wondered why Casey insisted on calling her babysitter a "nanny."  Well, it did sound much better to say Caylee was with her nanny than dumped with a babysitter.  But to my mind a nanny is a full time employee.  So I have come to think that it is because nanny rhymes with Zannie which is codespeak for Xanax.  I'm surprised Casey didn't spell it with an X!

I also seem to recall something about menus and getting up at 5:30 a.m. which would before the major heat set in for the day.  Also wondered if Casey passed out from too much booze and didn't wake up in time to get to Caylee before the heat did.  I wish I did not think these awful things but all the lies are conducive to doing so.

Nope, it was true.  We saw pictures and threw up in our mouths a little.  That was back when Padilla was insisting that GA or LA was the father of Caylee.

I also wondered this and wondered if maybe she sometimes kept Caylee in that "model" apartment during non-office hours, as it wouldn't be shown. She would maybe xanax her and leave her there? Did Annie work or live at Sawgrass? Sorry, I can't recall, but it sure seems someone helped her get that card with Zanaida's name on it. Just my thoughts.

It was unreal!  Baez knows not to interrupt during evidence being played.  It gives the impression he was caught unaware that he was going to be maligned.  Hello!?!  IF Baez had listened this tape at any time during the past years (tapes were given to the defense as discovery in Sept. 2008 per what was said in court today) he would have surely not liked what he heard and made an issue out of it.  There are a bunch of defense attorneys and JP noted that and they've had plenty of time to make a motion in all this time....it's positively perplexing that Baez AND team would have let all this slip by.  HUGE mistake for the defense.  The latest in a line of mistakes this week (and it's only Thursday).

It absolutely did give that impression. And I'd bet is was more fact than just an impression. He looked genuinely shocked!!

went back listened to the last video of the day. jeff was saying why he thought that it was to late for baez to want to enter this new witness and  not verbatim... but baez was insulted by jeff and complained to the judge that jeff was insulting him lol something like that..
like a brat not a lawyer. the judge told baez he didnt think jeff was insulting.

As someone who used to travel to Orlando quite often, I used to see Mark Nejame's billboards plastered all over town. I'm sorry, but lawyers who advertise like that always make me think "Ambulance Chaser". Remember, Nejame originally had the Anthonys as clients. He may be on the "right side" now -- I am still VERY leary of him. -JMO
